I come to different restaurants or venues often to scene and environment check. I’m a critique I love food & thrive on good service. The second I walked into this establishment the energy was greeting, prompt to take orders and service you. I stepped back and watched the kitchen crew who literally worked in uniform on this busy Sunday afternoon. Major kudos to this team, and the manager on duty. You guys are going a wonderful job!!! You don’t see it much industry, uniformity! The food came up fresh, hot, and delicious. I am a personal chef I don’t eat out often at all but for this location. I will be back :)
What even be open if u can't get anything . They wouldn't let me use the restroom when I was also gonna order but they were so rude. Definitely glad they didn't get any of my money or a tip.. stay broke.
Literally every time I order from this location it’s a bad experience. Considering all 3 locations are horrible, I keep coming back to this one because sadly it’s the cleanest. I placed an online order because it’s always busy. I purposefully waited 30 Minutes pass my order ready time because I know they are always running behind, only to get there and it’s still not ready. I then tell the cashier to cancel my order and give me a refund. She ignores the request and makes me wait anyway. Clearly this is what I was trying to avoid. On top of all of this her cook ruined my order. My grits were clumpy, the patty melt I ordered had no onions or bacon, the waffle was half done, and the bread was burnt. Can y’all please open a decent Waffle House in the zone 6 district ,because all of them are failing at this point.
I am not kidding when I say this was the best Waffle House food experience I had ever had. The food came out perfect. Everything was so good so much so that one day later my fiancé and I are talking about how good the food was. I want to give a big shout out to this Waffle House for giving us that wonderful experience.
A female cashier at the front was messing up the orders and not handling them in the order in which they were received. I waited over an hour for my order. The manager did not seem to care and offered no apology. Another female cashier was clearly frustrated with the situation and was very apologetic. She needs to be the manager. Clearly there’s a lack of expectation coming from the current manager. I will not return.
What’s there not to like about a “24-7” Waffle House that’s only been open 1 out of the 4 times I’ve been here? Never any indoor dining, this Waffle House is a disgrace! Does anyone work anymore?
The food was excellent!!! Our waitress Deijah was very polite with a little humor. She smiled the entire time she waited on us and made us feel like we were her only customers even while waiting on others. We will be back and hoping Deijah will be working!!!
Placed an order online, now that dine in is closed. Easily my worst experience at a Waffle House. Waited almost 30 minutes for a pickup order. Either pay the people more or get the robots in because the service at this Waffle House is awful.
Received an online order confirmation but when I arrived to pick it up, a cop inside the restaurant rudely told me "we are closed" and the employee refused to help. He told me to figure out my refund later with a manager and that he's just a cook.
Don't get me wrong -- I love WH as much as the next girl. However, this location sucks. The parking lot was covered in garbage. My waitress never brought my water despite two reminders. Over medium eggs were raw and hash browns were still cold in the middle. I couldn't get my waitress' attention to fix it or even get a refill on my coffee. I finally gave up, paid and left. It wasn't busy, either. I'll get my smothered and covered fix elsewhere.
