Even though they were facing a huge crowd of people, Tiffany was pleasant and handled every thing with finesse. She made sure to address every one that walked in and kept everything in order. The food came out in no time and was cooked to order! Excellent service!
Never got my side of bacon. The food was poorly prepared. The staff were disorganized. Supplies were low. This is not the waffle house that I remember. But at least their grill was on unlike the other waffle house we attempted to eat at.
I've always enjoyed Waffle House. They get a bad rap most of the time. This particular one had good hot food prepared well. Good employees. A little slow to get seated but looked like only one server so it's understandable. Atmosphere was lacking. Every other one I've ever been in had music or a juke box. Some of that would definitely go a long way. It met my expectations overall.
This was the best Waffle House I've ever been to. (I'm from out of town.) They were short staffed at the time, but the food came out perfect and tasted delicious. It was exactly what I wanted. If/when I'm back in Atlanta, I'll absolutely come back for breakfast here.
I don't usually write bad reviews, but this one was noteworthy. For a too long, didn't read, my husband got food poisoning from the food which took us an hour to get. We had to keep asking for a single refill, and we didn't get any cutlery with our food, which is definitely not what I'm use to at a Waffle House. Our server was nice and was trying, but an hour wait for sausage, eggs, and an order of hashbrowns is ridiculous. The staff were kind of meandering around and on their phones and made this disappointing.We weren't expecting five star dining, but honestly, eating something that has been roasting in a dumpster under the hot Georgia sun would have been more satisfying than this visit.DO NOT VISIT THIS ONE.
I'm a big fan of Waffle House. We need these up north! A small neighborhood Atlanta WH with the sweetest waitress I've ever had!

Staff was super friendly and the food was great. They are understaffed so it can take forever but they make sure to check on you and your table.
Went to this place to have breakfast on a Saturday and was very disappointed in the end with the service I received. Toward the end of my meal I waited nearly 20 minutes to pay for my food while the serving staff talked about football. There was a line of people waiting to seated, pay, and order and there were two servers who did not take initiative to take care of the line. I work in the restaurant industry and I can tell when someone is being productive and when someone is slacking off. This case was the latter. Some people left and it wasn't until some patrons began to be visibly upset and express their frustration that the servers came to the register to help. I won't be back.
I am a regularly because of the distance from me, and this is by far the worse waffle house I have ever been too. I have never written a review before but they deserve this after the atrocious service received today. It literally takes them atleast 30 minutes to take my order every time and don’t get me started on on the wait time for the food. The stars are so high because the workers make there own reviews and rate themselves 5 stars to attract more customers and get higher pay . I would rate this place lower if I could. Always a terrible experience save yourself the trip.
