My food was terrible. My grits was stiff. I barely have any eggs I asked(Paid) for extra cheese and the lady that took my order told me in order for me to get extra cheese, I will have to wait until she take everyone else order which was like 10 people in behind me. Just for a slice of cheese that I paid for. I have been trying to file a complaint but there’s no number to file a complaint

This place is always closed! If you’re visiting and just do happen to come across this place on google don’t even waste your time walking here it’s closed trust me! If they’re aren’t closed they’re doing an imaginary shift change and that even takes hours! Waste of space here they need to close this location and fire all of the sorry employees that work here because they’re only occupying dead space and breathing the air that could be used by a real operation that knows how to serve customers and want to actually work! I’m going to complain to Georgia state and see if I can’t get the lease cancelled! Seriously!

The food was great didn't have to wait long to receive our food, service was great and this waffle house doesn't get crowded at all, very laid back and chill!!!!

It wasmy first time at Waffle House, I had Waffle and hashbrown, those really perfect taste! The staffsp friendly, and they are open 24 hours! So amazing...

Everything I ordered I got the opposite, what was the purpose of asking me what I would like to my order if you're not going to make it correctly, then when I call you can't get through because their phone service is having technical problems I tried to resolve the issue before posting this review so by me not being able to speak to anyone I just left my review on here

Didn't have ham or steak in my hashbrowns..such a plus for me they cooked them on the none meat side of the grill.

I went there ordered my food, my boyfriend and I noticed we didn’t. Get are forks or are syrup. My boyfriend went in there to get it, the Lady didn’t believe him and made him take all the food back into the place to show her we didn’t have any. She instead gives him 1 fork & 1 syrup. This is not a way to treat customers especially when asking for syrup & forks. This is why I gave them a 1 start. The lady was also skinny in the front, wore a ponytail & wore a black jacket. She needs to know how to handle easily solving things and just gave it to me. But I had to get a refund because I couldn’t eat without syrup and I had 3 waffles.

Walked in at 1:00pm to have staff yell at me they’re closed like I should’ve known.. didn’t apologize for inconvenience or have good customer service at all. Seems to be a pattern here among the waffle houses in downtown atl to treat customers this way

Customer service was horrible. I'm guessing it was time for a break because the girl on the grill pretty much told the waitress she refused to cook my food. Then when my boyfriend said "no thank you" the waitress literally shoed him away with her hand. Atlanta has horrible customer service.
