This is the best Waffle House! Right next to the Braves stadium and they keep it together! Angela, Vicky, Lois, & Walter take amazing care of me EVERY TIME! And I usually always give a 50-70% tip every time to show my appreciation! Soon as they see me pull up they got my order going this is my Saturday morning tradition…keeps me full so I can work longer and can take a late lunch or no lunch at all. Love them! Show your appreciation and patience and tip well! so we can keep them !
I usually don’t do bad reviews but I just want to warn people that there is a very rude and disrespectful employee named Andie in this location. If you can try to avoid this location in general good if not try avoiding her. She’s the most disrespectful employee I have ever encountered in my whole life. I had to cancel my order and get a refund because she was very rude; she was yelling and screaming at me. Treating me like I am dumb. She’s impatient, inconsiderate, unethical, and unprofessional. She’s just the WORST. I would never hire anyone like her. I am emailing the Waffle House complaint department as well as the independent bodies.
the restaurant was empty and the workers were having an extremely loud conversation almost screaming in each other’s faces less than 3 feet apart - this went on for 40 minutes. I don’t think I can overstate how loud they were being - the other 2 tables of customers were sitting in silence and staring at them and I couldn’t hear the person sitting 1 foot away from meI’ve been to Waffle House hundreds of times in my life and I know they’re pretty loud inside but this was genuinely surreal
I went in ~ 4 am this morning and patiently waited for ~ 20 minutes to be acknowledged before the guy next to me told me they were not taking any more orders unless you were paying extra. I asked the waiter, who kept her head down. She told me I would have to speak to the caucasian woman with blue hair and didn't make any eye contact. This woman confirmed they weren't taking orders until the next shift at 8 am. Cobb Pkwy and this area are getting shady.I don't suggest visiting this shady waffle house. The kitchen was very messy, with excessive waffle batter covering the waffle area. The customer next to me advised me to pay extra, but they are too many options to opt-in for an evident hustle. I did not want to encourage anyone to go against their company's policy and hustle their customers. Please don't bother yourself. IHOP is about two lights down. I went to the waffle house on Atlanta rd about two exits away. They provided prompt and excellent customer service. I didn't mind tipping her at all. I will be taking the extra couple of minutes to travel to this one in the future.
It's not my favorite Waffle House until they scramble my eggs just right, and they nailed it here... so YES, MY NEW FAV LOCATION! My food was piping hot and tasted amazing, and the wait time wasn't bad at all! Thank you!
Omelet late night after work was soo good. Oily but delicious non the less. The two ladies working got us in and out in no time.
Only reason I'm giving it a 1 because when you go to a place called Waffle house you would think your going to get great waffles but nope I'm from NY and it was my first time and I was so so so disappointed... And they don't even have chicken and waffles... Even IHOP has that and there famous for pancakes I was so lost
Jamar was awesome! Not only did he greet us at the door, he cleaned our booth and seats (the back of them too) and wiped the condiments down. Then he swept and mopped our area before we sat. He got our drinks so we didn't have to wait. He wasn't our server either. Everyone had a wonderful attitude and was happy to work on Christmas night. The food was hot and great too.
Tonight makes the 3rd time in 5 days that I've walked in and was greeted by a teammate explaining that they were either not taking orders or not taking anymore "take-out" orders. The one time I was able to order it felt like I was being a Nuisance and not a paying customer. While most Waffle houses are what we've all grown to understand them to be, the presence and service at this location was truly disappointing. I can only imagine how much money this location misses out on. They turned away 6 people, not including me in the 3 mins I was there.
Good service, not great. Place was very clean, especially for how busy they were. They've turned an area meant for high chairs and boosters into an area to house floor cleaning supplies, even as far as mounting a bracket to hold a pan of (I'm hoping sanitizing solution) to the back of a seat. If I was sitting there, I'd be bothered by my seat back getting bumped around and concerned any time anyone approached the area about getting splashed from that pan or getting hit in the head by a mop or broom that didn't stay where it was set.The lady that took our order seemed at least very distracted and not due to being short staffed. The food was good, out fast, though my BEC sandwich only had bacon on half.
