Attempted to order online, but different menus online had different prices. We decided to order anyway, but the app kept sending us to other menus, after setting it up finally, website then said we must pay through Apple pay. So Called the restaurant, and told they would not deliver, and the call then ended. Went on Grubhub, set up an account, redid the order, set up an Apple Pay, and over one hour of redoing and verifying, the app said the order was good. Sent it, verified it, and the order was put on 24 hour hold. Understand this is mainly issues with the online order process, but that has been my entire experience. Very disappointed with the clunkiest of the order/delivery system, and the unwillingness of the actual restaurant to help us get through their clunkiest.
Damn good pizza and everything was cooked in well so that not every topping or cheese fell off the bread from a bite. Not a true NY style pizza and is lacking in customer service.Ordered take out 16" pineapple and ham 15 minutes away
Their white pizza is delicious! This place is my favorite every time i’m craving just a big new York style pizza!
Great lunch spot for a quick slide of pizza. They have Sicilian pizza. I had it with pepperoni. It was super tasty and well made. It was quick.
I ordered 6 pizzas for a group event, and Vinny's truly delivered. They were courteous, professional, told me clear instructions on how to order ahead on the day by what time, and when I called, they were ready to have the pizzas done in 30 min. They answered the phone promptly, and had the pizzas ready for pickup! I really like this place already...and on top of that, they told me 8 slices per specialty pizza--but these slices were HUGE. We had enough to feed my party of 15, and more.
Worst experience I’ve ever had from a pizza place! Rather starve than ever get bad service at a darn PIZZA SHOP! Waited 1hour and 20 minutes for a meal! Only got $5 refund and got cold food guy who was there was super rude! Full story in my yelp review!!!!!
With so many options in the area, Vinny’s offers a wonderful, casual dining experience. The food is fantastic and the folks working there are always friendly and welcoming. I look forward to visiting again soon!
They told us to F off after WE were gracious customers because they were backed up with orders. We were happy to wait for our pizzas after they lost the order but they refused to make them. Oh and they refused to give us our money back even though we didn’t even get our pizzas. We’ve been loyal customers for years but we will not be going back after how we were treated.
This place has such a warm and welcoming vibe the second you walk through the door! The service is great and the pizza we ordered was even greater! I’d definitely recommend this place! We will be back soon!
The pizza just wasn't up to par. I got a large pepperoni and it was extremely greasy. The toppings completely slid off the crust even after it cooled which made it very hard to eat. The ingredients seemed fresh, but they just didn't have any flavor. I most likely won't be coming back here.
