Airport Lounges

Quiet, spacious lounge, food looked OK, didn't try anything. The agent (Jennifer I think was her name) was a real sweetheart and helped track down a lost bag for me. Thank you so much!

They are crowded. Too crowded. As a Diamond Medallion member and holder of an AmEx Reserve card (both of which provide me access to sky clubs), I’m finding myself losing interest in continuing my membership in sky clubs. Not just ATL. Most airports. Delta needs to find a solution because I have to believe it’s going to lead to a loss of loyal customers like me.

This club is self serve, beer and wine which is a nice touch. Food prep was super clean and actually delicious. Sweets are in the business lounge part. Great team to greet you.

Absolutely amazing. Very friendly. Delightful food and drinks. Very healthy breakfast options. Everything is super clean

Excellent. Great breakfast selection and food was yummy. Very good lunch selection as well.

Small, quant, modern.

Unlike other great airlines like Alaska or Hawaiian, these lounges are closed to anyone who even paid full price for a first class seat. You have to be a mega-mileage members or a Platinum AE holder. Your expensive first class ticket gets you nothing at Delta's lounges.

Had a two hour layover. Pleasant lounge with plenty of room. It had two sections and both areas had hot/cold menus. I only went to the lower level bar, so not sure if this was the only bar. Nice variety of drinks, but just stuck to the complimentary champagne. ??

Yesterday I attempted to use the United Club and was met with absolute disrespect. The weather in Atlanta meant that I barely missed my layover and the next flight with room for me was not leaving for seven hours. I remembered that I had a United club pass that I tried to use. The lady at the front desk was speaking with a customer so I tried to scan my pass and walk in. I thought it had worked so I tried walking in. At this point the lady told me she was the only one working and that I had to wait for her to scan. I didn’t realize this, and she went on to call me rude and that I thought I was more important than the other customer she was speaking with. This was simply not the case. At this point I scanned my club pass with her and then she informed me very coldly that because I do not have a United boarding pass that I can not go in. I didn’t know that the United club required a boarding pass and at this point but I tried to speak calmly with the employee who went back to talking to the other customer. I asked to use the restroom, which she either did not hear me or ignored so I then said I am going to use the bathroom at least. If I was going to be sitting at the gate for 7 hours I wanted to at least use a clean and quiet bathroom. The employee then yelled at me and told me I can not use the bathroom and to leave. I was in tears in this point out of exhaustion and frustration, and frankly humiliated. This was my attempt to use one of my free United club passes that I got with my United credit card and I did not know how the club worked. No one deserves to be treated like this by United.

Friendly and attentive staff.Protip: if you are going to make a 45 minute phonecall at your normal talking voice, use the private phone room that is offered.
