They took 10 pm reservations and were rushing us out in an hour. That is not our fault. We did the chefâs selection and rushed through it. Yet again Umi is their own worst enemy. I cannot wait until Nobu opens and cleans their clock. We also were tipped extra believe with ZERO explanation on the bill and then over tipped as a result. The restaurant is so pretentious and way too into themselves.
