I've become a big fan of their smoothies. The staff is almost always kind and fast!
I've never heard of any food business that can't take call in orders,if you have a phone, and you can answer it, why can't you take an order?I can call any tropical smoothie Cafe for an order, but not this one. lol.
I was greeted upon entrance. The cashier was courteous and answered questions I had about their smoothies. I stepped out to take a phone call and my order was brought to me.
Amazing customer service and great smoothie . I’ve been a customer for years at different locations and this one was great !
The smoothie is over priced. The quality doesn't match. There was a good amount of smoothie left in the blender. I asked for the additional amount in a separate cup. I was told she can't as she poured it down the sink. So Tropical smoothie would rather throw away the overage rather than give to the customer that just paid $7.44 .. wow .. so disappointing. I won't be back.
Disappointed to walk into a food establishment and people making the food aren’t wearing mask. I walked right out.
We arrived at this tropical smoothie at 6:45pm on a sunday but the door was locked though the door expressed that the restuarant closed at 8pm. We knocked on the door and an employee let us know that they changed the hours on sunday to closing at 6pm. They need to update this on google and the door.
In desperate need for a smoothie after a workout, 10 minutes until closing time, we dashed to smoothie king. We were turned away (although technically open), saddened by our near success. Thankfully we made it to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Warm welcoming service, despite the fact that it was now 5 mins to close.Breya and crew were polite and knowledgeable, smoothies and sandwiches were much tastier than we would have gotten at the other place, and apparently smoothie/flatbread combos are a special on Mondays, so everything was cheaper than expected. Customer for life
By far the best location in the Atlanta area. :)
Best location!!! Staff is always super friendly and the smoothies and food are delicious. 6/5 stars!!
