If I could give no stars I would. You should be ashamed of the food you serve people. The egusi soup was terrible and oily. I asked for no meat and I got nothing but meat and barely any soup. I attempted to eat it and the fufu was made wrong to. It was eating pressed nasty mash potatoes. I will not be ordering anything else from this nasty restaurant.
If you are a Nigerian or want to have a feel of Nigerian food in the Atlanta area just look elsewhere because what they sell as Nigeria Jollof, fried, efo riro at this restaurant is GROSS.Fried rice is just half cooked curry rice mixed with mixed vegetables literally, no oil,no salt nothingMoinmoin is stale and slimyEfo riro: made with uncooked palm oil and spinach plus maggiDodo/plaintain: fried in a very hot oil for one sec. So it black on the outside but not cooked in the insideNo, am not trying to spoil anyone’s business.I just don’t want anyone visiting Atlanta like to get robbed of their money and go to bed hungry like I did.FYI: Don’t buy a Nigeria meal at a restaurant that doesn’t have a eat in option. If I was served that in a physical restaurant I would have walked away and not pay for that nasty meal. I learnt that the hard way. Just eat McDonald’s instead.
Reasoning for my 1 star rating is due to food and customer service. Last week, I ordered indomie noodles via Uber Eats. The description states that the noodles are supposed to have chicken and beef in them. When I received my food, there was no chicken or beef in them. I called the restaurant and was told that it was a mistake and that I would receive a partial refund. I never did. I called again and the person told me she would pass my name and number to the owner and that the owner would contact me. I still have yet to receive a call or a refund and it’s disappointing that I basically paid $22 for ramen noodles that I could’ve made myself. Unacceptable.
DO NOT I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. This is not authentic Nigerian food. The “pounded yam” legit tastes like and had the texture of instant mash potatoes. The “Efo Riro” aka “Nigerian stew” which was suppose to and normally comes with assorted beef meat came with all bone and fat and a clump of spinach really a disgrace. I should’ve known when I asked for the total over the phone and whoever told me $25.. now that I’m looking at the reviews which is pretty mixed but most are saying the same I don’t know how this spot is still open it’s insane. They must have people they know leaving reviews please do not waste your time or money here.
i don't know about anyone but I've never ever had Nigerian food in Atlanta this good and trust me I've tried a multitude of places. Never been disappointed with an order, it's usually properly spiced and they're overly generous with the portions. The Jollof rice and turkey is my go to but i"ll definitely be trying every other thing on the menu. 10/10 i recommend.
Best array of African food out here in Atlanta. Never had a bad experience, my friends and I order from here all the time especially those Turkey Legs and Sharwama! These bad reviews look like a smear campaign, some folk aint happy theres a new player in the market. Wicked.
NOT SURE WHOSE LEAVING THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BUT THIS IS THE BEST NIGERIAN FOOD AND ESP JOLLOF IN ATLANTA. AS A NIGERIAN WHO HAS EATEN AT MOST OF THE NIGERIAN SPOTS IN ATLANTA AND LIVED IN NEW YORK AND NOW ATLANTA THIS FOOD IS CRAZY GOOD.WE CAN ONLY GUESS WHO IS LEAVING THESE REVIEWS. WOULDN'T TRUST REVIEWS THAT ARE TELLING YOU THAT YOU SHOULD EAT AT ANOTHER RESTAURANT.WE BET YOU $100 THIS IS SOME SUPER AMAZING AUTHENTIC JOLLOF.
Would post a zero review if i could ordered via door dash while at work and this isn’t my first time ordering from her but this time they sent me raw chicken and cold rice very pregnant and disappointed
They sell very old food, pls be advised, they might try to lie and say otherwise but I ordered peppersoup from them which they had ofcourse warmed up, when got home 3 hours later the pepper soup was foul smelling and bubbling rotten, real food poisoning, rice and meat is soo old rice stays hard after being warmed up. Whoever left a good review on here ordered food on a fresh batch day. Check food after picking immediately or taste it. Be warned
THE FOOD IS NOT PREPARED FRESHI know that there are some things that restaurant can't always make fresh but everything I ordered seemed to be frozen and then packaged for delivery. The plantain were stale...the puff puff were OILY AND STALE. They really sprinkled some spices on some mundane oven crinkle fries and sent them cold and stale......and you have the nerve to sell them for 5 dollars.....your pictures are fake if this is what you 're selling.
