This place is amazing! I get takeout here once or twice a week. The food is always ready quick and delicious. I also left my wallet here the other night, and the staff was kind enough to give me several calls and hold on to it until I came to pick it up. Highly recommend for anyone that wants a good Pad Thai or mango chicken/shrimp
I eat here a lot because it's close to my office and the service is fast, but it's definitely not high-end Thai food. I would not recommend it for a date night or special occasion, but it's great for a quick lunch. The flavors are authentic enough, but you'll be hard pressed to find truly spicy food here.
I ate there one night and used my business card. I hadn't used that specific business card in almost 2 weeks. That night at around 2am in the morning I had 3 different charges from random online retailers. (I still don't know why America doesn't adopt the European way and bring a wireless credit card terminal to the table)Anyway, so the next day I called to inform them about what had happened. I asked to speak to the manager and explained what had happened. I didn't accuse anyone, I didn't ask for something to be done, and I didn't want any compensation... All I said was that I wanted to let the manager know that I used my credit card there for the first time in 2 weeks and that night I had fraud charges on there. I honestly wouldn't have even cared to write this review had they taken it seriously. But once I told them what happened, the only reply was, "I don't care".Oh well, I'll just go elsewhere.
Never felt compelled to write a review until after exhaustive effort to management (Paul and Steven both very dismissive) to make something simple correct. After restaurants error of mixing up to-go orders, they refused to grant any credit after initially offering. Unfortunately, I do like the food but based on other reviews their customer service is lacking. They lost a customer (and all those I can influence) for life for a $40 correction. Go elsewhere please!
Mmm was really good and authentic Thai food!! The spices were on point and the curry to perfection.
Food was delicious; ordered 2 Shirley Temples as drinks, coconut chicken soup, spicy, rice with Shrimp, and the Roti Cani. Enjoyed the dining experience ?
I used to like the food at this place. I went recently for lunch and the food was OK but not great. I got the massaman curry and it was dry and tasteless, not even spicy enough even asked for Thai hot. The coconut soup is still grate, but I was disappointing as I remembered this place differently.
The ambience is nice. The decorations includes various spices placed in glass jars in the wall and in the tables. We were here for lunch, had asked for the comfortable coach + chair, we were told they are reserved and were given table of four chairs. The table is quite small to hold 4 plates, containers, glass and starters. Anyways had to manage. The lady who served us was was friendly and courteous. The food quantity was just right for one person. The pad Thai, spicy spaghetti was more sweet, with chili flakes. Was not very happy with the taste of the food. It was more sweeter. We finished our lunch in 45-50 minutes and till then those so called reserved seats were vacant. I hope they consider the guest request and let us give a comfortable seating for an enjoyable experience.
First visit with friends and family.Service: was good. Leen Jin was super fast for her age, smiling and greeting and gave good service.Food: Hot and sour shrimp soup was okay. It was too sour and very tangy. But atleast it was spicy enough for a soup on a cold rainy day.Roti Canai - was delicious ? 5/5 onky for this one dish. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Spicy fried rice- It was sweet, too much of tomatoes ? it spoiled the fried rice taste and it was tangy ?? never had such a bad fried rice ?.Thai spaghetti- it was very sweet, not sure why it was so bad.Pad thai - this was ridiculous. Worst pad thai my friend has ever had. I just tasted little and it was very sweet and too much of tomato sauce.Spicy seafood noodle- this was okay. It was mild spice, taste was good.
I love the decor at this location. The waitress and waiters are very informative and friendly. I always get the mango chicken number two, not extremely spicy. I highly recommend if you have not experienced this location which is across from Cumberland Mall, do so. Thanks guys I will be back real soon!!!
