My siblings and I came here on a not-so-busy night. We ordered three entrees and waited 40 minutes for the first meal. We took it back to the kitchen and told one of the employees (who wasn’t a chef) that we order two other meals. We then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before the same employee came out of the kitchen to tell all of the customers that one (of the two) chefs had left about an hour ago. Apparently, the two chefs together ran their separate halves of the kitchen - while still completing every order -, limiting their knowledge on how to run the other side of the kitchen. Due to this, the only meals that the present chef could make on his side of the kitchen were made. After being told about the situation, everyone that had yet to receive their order was able to get a full refund. Within our hour of waiting, about 10 or less meals were made, not complete orders.Moral of the story: Employees should tell their customers - when they walk into the restaurant - if they cannot provide everything on the menu. It would save everyone, employees and customers, time, labor, and money.

Spot-on Asian food, especially Indo-Chinese fusion dishes such as fried rice and noodles!

Food is decent, but 4 out of the 5 times I have visited the establishment, they have gotten my order wrong. A 20% success rate is unacceptable IMO

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE!! I used to love tin drum so when I brought my family back in town to Atlanta and they want to tie, I suggested it. Everything was terrible. The kids noodles just taste like dirty fry oil, the pad Thai tastes like sweet ketchup, what a disappointment it used to be so good. I wasted $50 on absolutely terrible food. Also after reviewing a response from the owner, you can see their solution was just to try again. Be on. I would have been better off not responding at all. After 14 successful years in the restaurant industry. This is the first time someone has just told me, sorry about your 50 bucks. Just come and spend more money with us. It'll be better next time. How about you? Just give my money back cuz the experience and food were terrible. If it's an isolated incident, a refund shouldn't be an issue. Clearly it's a common issue because they're unwilling to take responsibility for it as they would lose too much money and refunds because it's so frequent

I eat here pretty regularly, and it's a great spot for a quick bite. They get backed up around 12:30, but most of the time your order is out in under 10 minutes. Their kitchen has gotten more consistent, and they have a pretty good variety of dishes. If you want a fast-casual Asian restaurant, Tin Drum is a great spot.

I ordered their Small Drum Salad and what I received was not even close what it looks like on the photo. Much smaller size and at $5.89 it is a total rip off.

Loved the food! Great variety of dishes. A must visit if you're in Atlanta!

The strawberry matcha boba literally was made with salt. The strawberry puree was made with SALT. Their food is overpriced, unseasoned, and uncooked most of the time.

GOT SICK FROM EATING SPOILED CHICKEN and heavy sauce. Stay far away from this place ESPECIALLY DURING FINAL. you won't be able to focus on school work if you got sick from this place. YUCK.

Great food, but they close randomly, and have a long wait line for ordering and take long to serve their food.
