Great food and exceptional service. We got a late breakfast and the waitress Angelica helped us keep an eye on the tab (working with a tight budget for our family of 6 - we didn’t realize it was a cash only place) and she brought out coloring sheets and crayons for our girls. Family & budget friendly!

Fried chicken biscuit with gravy = perfection. Combination of savory chicken with a slightly sweet whole wheat biscuit and gravy is worth the wait on a Saturday morning. And the sweet tea is 10/10. Friendly staff and excellent service. Fun atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

We were seated right away and treated with care. Our food was awesome! Shrimp and grits was mildly spicy and extremely flavorful. No shell or tail on my shrimp. ??Major bonus points! My guests loved the blueberry preserves and the fry on their fish. Thumbs up diner gets a thumbs up and a return visit from me!
My friends and I had brunch at Thumbs up on Saturday and the food was very good. Although the wait was extremely long, once we were seated our food came out very quickly and it was hot and delicious and very reasonably priced even in today’s economy. One of the only gripes I have is that this is a cash only restaurant. I didn’t realize that until I saw the sign out front. They do have an ATM inside but you’ll have to pay a fee. Other than that I would definitely go back.
Great food and service, now you will have to wait depending on what time you get there but it's worth it. Try the Yukon and the Farmers omelette and blueberry pancake was amazing.
I had the Low Country bowl and a side of french toast. This restaurant is quaint, cute, and lively. The staff is friendly and comedic. The restaurant is super clean. I highly recommended this space.
Great food. Not a fan of smoked wings, but, they don't have fried wings only fried tenders, which is unfortunate. Everything else was good.
It was okay. I had the chicken strip biscuit with eggs and cheese. The biscuits are whole wheat which takes the southern classic away. The chicken strips were a little tough buy its not that expensive so... I guess. I'm not sure if I'll be back but it's a cute diner
I am a breakfast person so this is right up my alley! Came for brunch and the place was packed (always a good sign). Waited a while for a table but once we were seated, we were greeted immediately and warmly by our server. We had a variety of items like a skillet, chicken tenders and other breakfast goodies. Everything was hot, fresh and served with a smile. I will be back for sure...
