We stayed at the Westin Peachtree Plaza! It was so close to the Mercedes Benz stadium where The Weeknd concert was held that we were able to walk to and from the venue. The only complaint of the hotel was that the security deposit was not immediately put back into my account, even 3 days later.

We booked this hotel expecting great service, What we got was nothing! My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. We went to see Luke Combs in concert. Our check in was at 4 pm. We called for early check in. When we arrived we waited in line till 6pm to then be told we didn't have a room and to check back after the concert. My wife had to get her dressed up for the concert in the restroom in the lobby. The restroom was dirty and didn't even have soap! We checked our bags with the bell hop after arriving to the concert over an hour late. When we got back to the hotel around 1130 they gave us a key to the room! Upon entry of the room we noticed housekeeping flipping other rooms on the same floor by using the same sheets. There was blood on the bathroom shower and our sheets were dirty from the last person who stayed there. We spoke with a representative at the front desk and they told us they had no rooms at this time! They offered us a fold out bed to sleep in in the dirty room! It was 1 2 midnight and we were forced to leave the hotel and drive 30 minutes to another hotel! We never stayed the night. This was July 30th! It's August 14th and I'm still waiting on a "manager" to call me back to refund the room. They refunded my Valet because we did not stay but they refuse to refund my room $550! This hotel management is a total joke!

Pretty disappointing for a Westin. Long lines for valet and check-in. The hotel needs a refresh. Hallways are dirty and worn, as are the rooms. Pillows are not comfy. Room service was rude and both my son and I got sick from the food. The cable went out - but could have been a storm in the area. The coffee in the room was not stocked. There is no where convenient to plug in your phone or laptop near the bed. No trash can in the bathroom. The room was quiet which was good. Location is also good. Kudos to employee at the front desk who took the room service charge off of our bill. Probably would not stay here again.

Is this a Marriott property?I was highly disappointed And left totally unsatisfied. We made our reservations three weeks in advance and we ask for a north side view of the city. We also requested an early check in. We arrive at the hotel and stood in line with two people waiting at the counter and three people waiting at the general check in section and we were the first people in the elite gold member section. One lady sitting behind a desk looked directly at us however she failed to address us. there was no greeting of we will be right with you in a minute or please wait one moment she said nothing this bothered me a little because I expected more customer service from a Marriott property. When we finally were helped the lady at the desk explained that we could not check in until four although we asked for earlier check-in time we asked to speak to the manager he did get us checked in however the room we had was on the east side and not the north side. We were expecting a floral arrangement delivered to the hotel and the lady that waited on us at the front counter personally brought the flowers up to our room this personal attention eased my negative view of the hotel. The hotel room service breakfast items were delicious and arrive to our room with a warm temperature. The valet took excellent care of our vehicle however you could not call down and have your car pulled up, you had to physically go to the valet and give them your ticket before they would bring your car around. This hotel did not have enough staff to operate all of the reservations that they were excepting. We had to leave the hotel and go to another restaurant outside of the hotel. This hotel is surrounded by human debris I was disappointed and angry and at a loss for words about the condition of the environment this hotel is placed. I will stay at this hotel again because I love the view that they provide of the city and I love the sundial restaurant I just will not have the expectations of being provided a five star hotel service

We are still here but I wanted to write this review now. I booked a room weeks ago that was listed as (and more expensive) “2 Queen Beds, Centennial Olympic Park View, Premium Guest Room” and High Floor ..THAT IS NOT what we got! First, I checked in online prior to arriving. We got here after 4pm and it was a mad house! We were told that our room Was NOT ready and someone will call us when ready. So later still no call ..so I called ..was given a manager that said room was ready..go to desk..we go to the desk and was told room wasn’t ready but they did have a room ready with view but way lower floor…what?!? Did I mention and showed her reservation that I booked “2 Queen Beds, Centennial Olympic Park View, Premium Guest Room” and High Floor… so I said NO that is NOT what I booked or paid for ..she leaves for a few and comes back and says okay you will be on 61st floor. We were tired and it was dark by then..I did get High Floor but NOT Centennial Olympic Park View that I specifically booked with THOSE WORDS ON THEIR WEBSITE..we have the Ferris Wheel and I do not consider that a “Centennial Olympic Park View” but no one was offering a discount because I paid more for the room with that SPECIFIC WORDING WHEN MADE RESERVATIONS. So apparently they give your room away when people demand and you haven’t gotten to hotel yet even though your room is reserved. I am not happy at all about this plus waiting for OUR room after 4pm. Not good customer service!

Do not stay here! Long check in lines, dirty room with mildew sheets, stuck on 31st floor everyday because no elevators. The joke was that you had to go up in the elevator to go down. Completely mismanaged hotel. Spoke to a manager about what we had experienced and he said he'd need to investigate it. No follow up. Never again!!

The people who work there are very nice. End of Pros. Very long check in lines. Dirty room. I always check the mattress. I saw a blue\black stain at the head of the bead. Upon continued inspection, I saw that the mattress was unzipped about 6 inches with stuffing coming out. I zipped it which created a waft of Sour Mold. There is only a thin covering between the mattress and sheet. It doesn’t even cover the whole mattress. That looked like it was never washed. Then a thin sheet on top of it. The whole room smelled like old cigarettes and mold. I cleaned all surfaces that I would touch with wet ones and it was all dusty. Additionally, the towel in the bathroom had a fresh dark stain on it, folded so I wouldn’t see it. Next day I was put in a different room. It didn’t smell as bad, the mattress looked newer, but the mattress cover & sheet were the same as the other room. They use “Community Soap & Shampoo” in the shower. That is so gross. What to save money or the environment? God know what the previous person put in those bottles. Thank goodness I brought my own from home. Is the overall look and smell of this place so dirty because they allow pets in every room? Or, do they have to allow pets because their occupancy was so low? Patrons can’t be trusted to be respectful when they don’t bring pets, can they be trusted when they do? What are the pets doing on the carpet and mattress? I am so grossed out by this hotel and every city Westin that accepts pets. I found the same experience in a Westin in Ohio recently. Question, is Atlanta one of those cities that pays hotels to take in homeless? LA is about to mandate it for all hotels. That is a reason why I have avoided NYC since They have been doing it. I have been around a hotel that was part of that and it’s dangerous and disgusting. When you need something like a wake up call or towels, this hotel did not have enough staff to answer the phones, ever, midweek! They also don’t have enough people to clean all rooms. So that is a crap shoot. Westins in more than one city have become 2 star hotels.

Managers need to take a fresh look. I’m a regular Bonvoy user I expect Westin to be 4-5 stars.. Got here and no valet at night. Fine I’ll park. At the desk they say we don’t have a room for your reservation. Wanted a king with full sized pullout. No king. No pullout. Two queens. Nice lady. Room wasn’t vacuumed last night and after cleaning came today there’s still streamers n confetti on the floor. Shower fixture looks like 2002. Sore back after a night in what can’t really be a queen bed. (No mint on pillow…ok I get that) Parking today lot full. Mayhem in street cars waiting around the block. Elevator this am …only went UP not down. Had to ride to the top to go all the way down. This was on every floor. How does that software thing happen in 2022?

Great location if you are doing business at the plazas Toom was great , lovely view , clean .. a little worn in areas but FELT clean compared to a Holiday Inn we had just left ! Front desk gal not not helpful at first made me make my own reservation on my Marriott app.. then she helped me ?‍♀️ Bar nice too

Do not have your corporate event here. I am an Atlanta native and the Westin is an iconic part of our skyline, but my company hosted a large customer event here and we NEVER will again. Rooms were not available for majority of our event attendees at check-in time. Some waited for hours, only to get to their rooms and find there were no sheets, or no towels, etc and waited hours longer to receive the needed linens. Elevators are terrible. We were all waiting over 15 minutes for an elevator. I ended up taking the stairs so I wouldn’t be late to a meeting, but luckily I was only on the 15th floor. For folks on the 38th or 65th floor that’s a much less appealing option. Due to the unique round shape of the building, despite not being able to actually catch an elevator when you need one, you constantly here them going up and down because the guest rooms surround the elevator bank. Parking is $55 per day. If that wasn’t bad enough, when we arrived we were told the valet lot was full and we would have to park in a nearby public deck instead.
