This is of course located in the hotel, so it is convenient. If you're not staying at the hotel parking was very easy and close by. The characters on the wall make for great conversation starters. We ordered the calamari, which was delicious and included a variety of other fried peppers. Highly recommend! We also order the shrimp salad, the Bolognese, chicken and shrimp parmesan. All delicious, although the past was mushy in the Bolognese.

Over priced below over average food. Had the seafood tower, salmon, others had other entrees, we shared most of the sides and four desserts at our table.Everything thing was under-seasoned.The seafood tower came out room temperature...warm shrimp and crab, yum! (sarcasm)Service tried hard but was extremely slow. Drinks were hard to come by.I could go on but why bother. Highly recommend going somewhere else!

The food and drinks were on the money. We had a private party service that was unimpressive.Instead of serving the guest of honors at the front tables. The servers started at the back of the room and were then all over the place.Instead of finishing one table then moving on to the next. Some people were eating while others at the table watched them .That is unexacceptable. The salad course came out with no dressing.I had to ask for dressing.Thumbs up to the young lady behind the bar.she was my go to person.

From Breakfast to Dinner the service and the food was absolutely amazing! Shawn and Kat went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. We so enjoyed hearing the history of the restraunt and how it began. Their attention to detail and making sure we were out of there on time for our concert was surely appreciated. We have traveled to Atlanta for many years, and this by far was the best service we have ever received! The food was delicious and the service just topped the cake. Well done on making your customers feel like royalty!

This was our first time here and it was very good. We went on a Sunday evening and it was empty, so that gave me a pause but the service by our waiter,Devon, was excellent. He was very courteous and explained the menu knowledgeably. The food was exceptionally tasty but my lobster was cold by the time they delivered it to the table. Overall it was great and I’ll go back soon.

I recently ordered the chicken parm after reading so many recommendations. My dinner companion had the bone in filet. The chicken parm was good, but my favorite part was the beef tartare. It was delicious! We weren't sure if my companion was served the correct cut of beef as this was the biggest bone in filet we'd ever seen. Looked more like a bone-in ribeye. Either way, it was cooked correctly and was yummy!

My review is on a lunch experience. One of the best steak salads I’ve ever eaten. Service was great. I’d give 5 stars, but the bartender asked us if we want to sign up for Landrys rewards card. I’m a fan of rewards cards, but when it’s one I have to purchase, I expect it not to be placed in from of me when I’m eating a $24 salad. I’ll pay more for my food and environment, but with that comes expectations of not being solicited.

It’s a fine chain restaurant, but there is really nothing great about the food. Isn’t that the most important reason to spend $400 on a meal for two with a bottle of wine? The calamari is no better than your average Italian restaurant. The salad is good, but is it $14-16 good? The steak . . is overpriced for the quality. The decor and service is very good. Nice dinner on the company tab? Sure. Nice dinner on your tab? Not so much.

1st time at Palm first 2 not steaks cook properly. 2nd one same and 3rd time I was over it. Then had had to adjust for the garlic mash potatoes. Also told they only had 4lb lobster when I clearly saw a smaller one go by when I was waiting on the 3rd steak. Go at your own risk $350 later ??????

Went for Valentine's day, very crowded. Have been before, food usually excellent. Was good this time too except the calamari appetizer, was soggy. They did take it off the bill.
