Great customer service !!!

WORSE experience ever‼️Customer Service should be at it's finest keeping in mind the locations. We were celebrating a birthday and got there around 10:30ish and was told as soon as we sat down that the kitchen was closing in 15 minutes. So we had to rush and put in our orders. Our order didn't come with everything when we received it. However, after everything was delivered we were told that the kitchen was closed when asking to place an extra order for something. We were rushed to place our order for the game and shoes. We played one full game and during the game the music was cut down the lights came on as an indicator that it was time to go. We waited for the waiter to come back with the ticket which took forever. When he did come back he had all the orders on one ticket. We explained to him that everybody ordered separately. But he said he asked what is the ticket going to be together. It might would have been understood if everything wasn't right from the time we walked in the door. We explained to him that we did not receive that information from him in the beginning because he only asked for a card to hold a tab open. When we ask that the ticket be broken down he said that he could only break it into four parts. So at this point everything that was supposed to go smoothly being that you chose a upscale bowling alley would've went a whole lot better at a regular bowling alley. After trying to get everything sorted out we get our check out tickets and while signing them someone comes over and said hey we would like to go home. I find that very rude because we're signing the check it's very obvious that you guys wanna go home when you turn the lights on and cut the music off on our party when we're bowling. At this point it's not even what you pay for is what you get. I would not recommend regardless of how fancy their bowling alley is because their customer service does not match and lacks a whole lot of class. When I called today and asked for a manager in regards to the experience last night I was told that he was in a meeting and I will get a call back. I politely asked can I have a name please Of who shall I be receiving a callback from. I was informed that they can't give out Manager's name. You work for a business and you're a manager! How can you not tell someone who is supposed to be calling them back⁉️

love this place!! service, food and drinks are top notch!!!!

Fun location, with lots of games for kids and adults.Skeeball, darts, southern skittles, boules — all free to play!

This place is so adorable! The doorway to enter makes you feel like you are going into a top secret place to have fun.My friends and I waited about 30 minutes to bowl, which was not bad at all for a Thursday night. Also, we had the bar and other games to keep us occupied while we waited.Bowling was a great time, and the appetizers (specifically the edamame) was delicious!

This is probably the best bowling place I've ever been to. Great drinks. Good food. Beautiful facilities. Excellent ambience. This could be a place you bring a date or bring a group of friends. We had the mushroom pizza which was delicious. Most everyone here was very friendly.I like that the theme, painted pin, fit the neighborhood which is full of art shops and high-end furniture places. It's a little hard to find so you have to look for their logo. The building sits almost in an alley. You have to drive through a narrow driveway to valet your car.

Amazing atmosphere. Good food and drinks. The bowling lanes and chairs are nice and there is ping pong and other games. Great place to hang out with friends.

Really nice Vibes, a mix of club, restaurant, bar and bowling facility. We had great fun!FYI no reservation accepted for the lanes, therefore first come first serves and this can last more than 2 hours…

I was so disappointed the wait was 2-3 hour first come first serve! It was a Saturday at 5pm the place was clean, pleasantly busy groups playing different games! The food and bar was good, but there was no place to eat only a very small area to sit. With 19 groups in front of me I was hoping to see all the lanes full but no 6 lanes sat empty why??? So I asked why.. 2-3 hour wait if you have lanes open what’s the catch. They want you to spend the time drinking and eating then bowl with a 2 our limit after an hour wait the lanes remained opened again why?? I asked! He said 2 lanes are down so there are 4 lanes empty ok and other lanes are opening up with people leaving! This is not right. There was no place to park but valet parking! My advice know this beforehand your going to wait 2-3 hours then bowl 2 hours call before you go! If you’re cool with it then enjoy!!
