Worst boba I have ever had. Threw it away after a couple of sips because I could not get over how over steeped the tea was. Both of our black tea and green milk teas had the same problem.
Pretty good the batch of boba I had was not the best but it dissent make the drink worse.
They never, EVER have fruit. Most of your drinks have fruit, so why are you always out of fruit? Poor management? Incompetent inventory person?Stop advertising what you don't have!!!
The smoothie was good but no good customer service the two young lady have such a smart month I always buy from theme they run out of fruit of your kind they want tell you they don’t have it they will just give what they want you to have I will not buy from. Theme any more
If I will be able to put 0 I will they had us waiting on the line for 25 min and then told us after those 25 min they were close I saw 2 clients complaining because they gave them the wrong order hire more people for this girls do they can do their job right or is not worth it to have a place with such bad customer service

The juices ate great but I just waited for 25 minutes for someone to return to the kiosk and no one ever came. There was a sign posted that said “be back soon” with no indication of how long/what time “soon” would be. Total waste of my time and terrible customer service. During the holiday season you’d think there would be adequate staffing smh This is the second time I’ve stopped by and nobody was there.
I was craving a bubble tea and since Cumberland Mall is right down the street I decided go. I’ve tried the Piña colada once and the strawberry wasn’t bad. Compared to other tea bars like Kung-Fu Tea and Tiny Bubbles Tea Bar, this place is tolerable. I waited in line while the girl taking orders stood there talking to her friend. Another girl behind the counter was fixing drinks for another woman waiting. When I was finally acknowledged, the girl told me I’m sorry we are closed this (pointing to her friend) was our last customer. Really? Smh. That’s what happens when you have lazy teeny-boppers working for you. The customer service needs revamping and because my time was wasted, I will never spend my money at this place again. Tiny Bubbles blows them out of the water anyway.
