DONT ORDER DELIVERY!! **READ THIS & OTR COMMENTS ***. They are very disrespectful to delivery. Its like they don’t realize we represent their customers. I waited for over an hour for an order only to be told they can’t make it because they didn’t have any ingredients. How do you think your customers felt genius? They could have ordered from somewhere else if you gave just let us known when i got there! Report them to corporate!!!! Delivery saved them in the pandemic and now they abandon those loyal customers. Rather than be ethical and not do delivery they choose to steal money and time from customers. Report this manager to corporate!
It was almost closing time. So I didn't get to fully experience the atmosphere. But this is definitely somewhere I plan to come back to. The staff was super nice. Food was great. And it seems like the vibe could be really nice given the location -- a really cool little burgeoning neighborhood in the Virginia Highlands part of ATL and its nice outside seating. The inside is pretty small. So I can imagine on a busy night the huge deck is packed as well. I plan to go back and see for myself. And I'll update this review then. But for now, I enjoyed our inside experience very much.
The service was great, the food was awesome. Honestly no real complaint about the place except there is no parking anywhere. The lot is super small and it a real hunt to park and eat. I took away one star ?
Used to love taco Mac but service has deteriorated immensely. Came to pick up food, and right off the bat the bartender was extremely rude and apathetic. Had to wait an extra 30 min past the time when the food was supposed to be ready. Anyways, the bigger disappointment was, after all these issues, the food was COLD (how does that happen when I had to wait for the food), and items are missing despite the bartender ensuring that everything was in the bag. This is the fourth time something like this has happened. Needless to say, will never come back to this pathetic excuse for a restaurant. Beware to check your bag for items if you are ordering from this place!
Ordered through Postmates and got this sad excuse from Taco Mac. They only gave us eight wings (out of the ten we ordered), didn’t even include the ‘79 sauce for the philly egg roll and all the food was packaged horribly and was cold. Very disappointed. Not ordering from here again.Also, Postmates wasn’t going to do anything except give the restaurant feedback. Which is ridiculous. Don’t bother ordering from this restaurant or through Postmates.
Genuinely good. Service was great, and Got my food and drinks quickly.
Ive always loved this taco mac however i placed an order through uber eat , i did not receive my full order as well as the food i received was awful. Took 3 times for me to call and someone to assist me with my problem
Beware!!!!! This taco Mac is horrible I tried it for the first time tonight so I ordered the chicken tenders meal along with my kids and my baby father ordered the chicken sandwich meal. When I tell you our food came out burned chicken tenders are not suppose to be black the chicken sandwich was hard and on top of that all the food was cold I should have not paid for half of it it was a disgrace and disgusting will never return here ever again the only thing that was good was the manager taking the burn nasty tenders off my ticket lol but please do not go here the taco Mac in Alpharetta is better this place need to be shut down then they only had three sorry axx servers I left no tip sorry!!! But not sorry ???you been warned???????
Good service and drinks. It's a Taco Mac lol idk what you could be looking for in a review, but they did everything expected and server was friendly. Can't ask for anything else.
The presentation of the egg rolls was very poor. They were over cooked and dried up. I was looking forward to trying them, but could not enjoy them due to the way they were cooked. I am very disappointed as a loyal customer.
