I are at a Taco Mac almost 10 years ago,but can't remember the experience. While trying to decide what we wanted, someone in our party said that didn't want any tacos. As we passed by we saw the "National Wings Day" being advertised and everyone was sold. We didn't have to wait to be seated (party of 8, time - 2:30 pm) and our server came right out to take our orders. Our server, Charity was amazing and very observant. We didn't have to ask for napkins, water, or straws. The food was delicious. I'm not one who experiences with different wing flavors. I generally stick to dry rub lemon pepper. The dry rub lemon pepper wings here are, to date, the best I've ever had. Also, the Mozzarella sticks, Philly Cheese Eggrolls, Queso Dip Con Carne and the Cuban Sandwich were also very good. I'm pretty sure I'll be back before the weekend ends.
Definitely won’t be back. Food was SUPER greasy.Ordered fried pickles and Philly egg rolls as an app. They were both dripping in grease. Egg rolls didn’t have any flavor.Burger, nachos, wings.. wings were cold. They were barely even warm. Nacho tasted like it was just chili. Hubby liked the burger, but I didn’t think it had any flavor.Service was good.

Quite possibly the worst wing experience we’ve ever had. Food took over an hour (in a half empty restaurant). No communication from the server. Then the wings came out the totally wrong flavour. Promise of ‘we might be able to give a discount’ for inedible spicy wings. Chips came in a bag with soft taco shells in too!
First time visiting this location and it was really nice. Staff was great, wait time was great, and the food was AWESOME, as you can see in the pictures! The atmosphere was very nice as well. Drinks ? ? are tasty too. There isn't any parking available so prepare to pay when you visit. Overall a great experience.
The Light skin manager with the butterfly tattoo in on neck with the bald head was veryyy rude and disrespectful. My rice was stale and old like it’s been sitting out all day. Also my Philly cheese steak eggs rolls were burnt and not turnt. I also ordered A salad as an appetizer it. My food came out I asked my waitress Tamkea did she forget about the salad if not don’t worry about it but she brought it out anyway and called the manager to the table because I didn’t want it anymore after my food came out. The manager was very nasty and her facial expressions told everything
Great service! Went in for drinks only, to watch a specific premier league game and the manager accommodated us by turning it on several TVs. And our bartender was awesome too! Great espresso martini!! I Took 1 star away because bathrooms were disgusting?. Also no vegan options. This chain should have vegan options!
My friend and I ordered food from here and they messed the order up so bad :( The server on the phone was very sweet and rung in my nachos without meat after I let her know I was vegetarian however when I got my food it was ground beef all it. I am so hungry and sad right now :/ I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. I've never had Taco Mac before and now I am extremely disappointed
Horrible service...........stressing horrible service. We had to go get the waitress. The ffod was too little for the price and the waitress forgot our side order of fries. They came out after everyone was done eating. This plav=ce has gone downhill and really should not be affliated with TACO MAC.
I had the worse experience at this location. When we first arrived the wait time to get in was not bad but the hostess buzzed everyone at one time so everyone crowded the host stand trying to get seated which caused confusion and tension. I ordered something simple 6 wings hot and somehow that did not go right. The wings came out cold I sent them back they came back cold again and I asked for the check and a box frustrated after not eating. The server came back and threw trash on top of them and told me it was taken off the bill and apologized. After paying for parking, dealing with the most at the hostess stand, and waiting forever for food that came out cold was ridiculous.
