Food lacked Flavor in general, and the rice was under cooked. Tried the hot honey chicken, I believe it was called. No idea why this place gets such good reviews from some. Very over hyped.
Sweetgreen is the place I didn’t know I needed until I tried it. I tried the other places that have a similar set up and nothing compares to this. The ingredients and proteins are fresh (you can tell) and well-seasoned. The first thing I tried was the blackened catfish bowl…I was sold right then and there. The catfish, cooked perfectly. The warm rice in the salad was a good touch as well. I’m really picky about these salad-type places because it’s always SOMETHING. It’s either the portions don’t match up to what I’m paying, or I’m getting leftover tasting ingredients in my food. I have never had that issue with sweetgreen. I’ve been there so many times that I’ve lost count. Ever since I started going here I haven’t looked back at any other salad place. So happy they brought this to Atlanta.
I've enjoyed the few visits I've made to this sweetgreen. It's much better customer service wise than the PCM location. I really enjoy how they list out where each ingredient is sourced from and that you have so much freedom when making a salad. I often find that I like salads elsewhere except for one or two ingredients other places. The Subway approach works well.
Terrible service and food quality look VERY cafeteria like. Charged me $1.90 for a piece of bread AFTER o was asked of I would like a piece WITH my order!! Who puts cooked wilted broccoli on a salad??
I love it! Made my own salad which was amazing! I’ve love finding fresh/fast food.
It's not as life-changing as I was expecting, given all the hype, but I enjoy the food and it does seem to be healthy and sustainable. Reasonably priced for what it is and always quick when it's not peak hours. They change the menu up fairly often too to keep things interesting.
I ordered ahead, but it turns out their online orders were slammed, but had no line for the in person ordering. I stood around for 10 minutes after the requested order time. They prioritize deliveries and not pick ups. The salad was tasty.

This place had me sh#$ing for two days straight. Maybe it was all the natural goodness cleaning me out. Either way, loved the food.
Don’t get me wrong I like Sweetgreen but as long as they have a cashless policy I won’t be eating at this location! I went to the one at Lenox Mall and loved it and they accept cash. I just can’t eat at a place that shows discrimination with classism. It’s not good for your stock prices either.
