Way better location and tasting salads then the one at Howell mill road.I live right across the street from the one on Howell mill road and have tried to go back several times to see if maybe I would change my mind but the salads suck every time.I don’t know how or why but they just make it better at the one on ponce.

DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT order from this establishment unless you can order in person and can see what's being put in your salad and whether or not the vegetables are fresh. I spent $20 for a salad that look like it was tossed in the trash before being put into the bowl. The vegetables weren't fresh. The avocado looked a consistency that was weird. The canned chick peas looked like someone opened the can, then dumped them - juice and all - into the bowl. DISGUSTING!

Ordered Friday 7/15 for 7 people. Every order was incorrect. Meals that included Chicken were missing chicken. this includes 2x Hot Honey Chicken meals... those folks only got their side of potatoes and slaw in a togo container. The ONE person who ordered their meal without protein recieved chicken and they are vegetarian.. Seems like whoever was incharge of adding the protein forgot and then everything was bagged up. it sucks because one gal had a salad which only included lettuce onion and tomato an nothing else because her double order of chicken was forgotten. YOU CANNOT CALL THE STORE. you have to engage in a back and forth text message, which seems like a gen Z way of avoiding interaction with customers who are dissatisfied. A 5 dollar credit was offered, but we refused and needed a whole refund since there were people not even eating. The entire refund was made after giving pushback.

The salads are good, but the customer service is lacking. I was in the front of the line for 5-10 minutes, and they just stared at me. When I eventually asked what the deal was, they said they had to clean the whole place before serving more customers. Which, fair, but you just completely ignored me. And couldn't one person be cleaning while someone else helped customers? The line got really long behind me. And then, only one woman was making the food (even though there were like 4 people on the floor!), so she had to do five other people's salads at the same time as mine. This made it take longer. I don't have much time for lunch, and I wanted to splurge on an expensive salad. I ended up not having time to eat it. Disappointed.Edit: she also forgot my bread.

Today was my first time visiting and I was very pleased. The staff seemed happy and was able to assist me with my choices. My blackened chicken salad was yummy and huge. I’ll return.

It's my first time there and I found the salad delicious! The lady that helped me was patient and helpful. Plus I'm super full on my salad. The only thing I wish it had falafel and a couple more sweet options to balance the salad, like dried cranberries.

Great experience. Workers were attentive in a busy environment. Food was great. The place has an atmosphere and vibe like gusto! Would not recommend going during lunch time to avoid peak rush hour of people. The Super Green Goddess was a tasty vegetable option (add avocados and it becomes the ?).

I ordered online at 10:40 for my order to be ready at 11:30a.m. When I got there, I didn't have to wait too long (maybe 7-13 more minutes). I could see that they were overwhelmed with orders. But there was a large group of people with online orders standing next to me. One person had even been waiting 30 minutes. I grabbed the food and left. I didn't check because the people looked overwhelmed and I didn't want to make it worse. BUT when I got back to the office, 2 people were missing their food (which could definitely be a firing offense in the film industry). I can't blame them too much because it's my job to get the food and know what I have. But it's also theirs. Their online customer support team is great though! WORD OF ADVICE: 1. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD and 2. If you want to order to-go.. maybe go to a different location.

Ordered a custom salad online Friday from the Ponce location and it was nothing like the salad I had the week before at Colony Square. At Ponce there was far less salad, the Pesto dressing was watery, and I ordered bread and didn’t get it. Colony Square has great service and better portions.

the best food you could feed your body! I loved that you could pick what you wanted in it, you can choose from a variety of topping like things! There’s also options which is what I did, forgot what I got, but it was delicious! A nice area to sit, good abs comfort place! The environment is great and had a good experience overall!!
