Total scam!! Been 2 months since I ordered and haven’t received anything! I’ve messaged them several times just to be told some b/s about the supply chain! Don’t waste your time and money you’ll never receive anything but a lighter wallet from super frosty!

The website seemed legitimate, and I ordered some ice cream bars (at an absurdly high price). After 6 weeks I asked for a refund, and somebody named Adolf emailed that I was banned from ordering and called me the b-word (no joke). He then immediately called and attempted to intimidate me and continued the insults verbally (pure insanity). I feel very unfortunate that these people now have my personal information. Be careful who you do business with, people!
Great customer service. Management is very fast and handles shipment asap. Any issues, if any you are able to call customer service to get the correct info at all times! Will be shopping from them again!
