The air conditioner was clearly not working. There were bugs in the restaurant. My food was not well cooked. Everything was overpriced. Would not go back.

Such a disappointment. Had reservations for mths for my daughters 16th bday. Got there at 11:30am, staff was unfriendly from the moment we walked in. Restaurant was so dirty that I wanted to leave but my daughter had been waiting for this âexperienceâ at Sugar Factory. Most of the chairs were ripped, floor was sticky as you walked, gum stuck to the wall in waiting area, you could make lines in the dirt in the waiting area. Bathroom looked like it hadnât been cleaned in days, floor had trash everywhere and stalls were so gross that 2 of our party went to another restaurant to use their restroom. Upstairs was closed but girls went up to get pictures and the smell was so bad they took one picture and left the area. To say it was a disappointing experience is an understatement. After seeing so many great things about this place my daughter had to have her 16th bday party here. For the price we definitely expected more, food was not good but I had thought the place was known more for their atmosphere so I wasnât expecting much from the food and it was worse then I thought it would be. Canât believe a chain like this could have a restaurant as bad as this one is. Iâm sure a health inspector would have a great time writing them up for violations.

Zion was our server. Great energy, funny, this man knows his liquor and gave us excellent suggestions for our drink orders. Food was great. Well be going back in two weeks
Our reservation was for 6:30. We didn't get seated until almost 7 pm. Our server barely checked on our table . Had to ask for things multiple times.
The food was subpar at best and not no where near worth the prices they charge!
Overall, ok restaurant. The service was super slow and took over an hour to get our food. The food was average, but the drinks were delicious. Definitely overpriced! I was highly disappointed to see the bathroom did not have soap or paper towels. Had to ask multiple times for something as simple as soap and I'm afraid if there is no soap, what where the employees using???
Seated fast, my cousin was given chicken in her pasta and asked for extra shrimp. She doesnât eat chicken. Manager did correct her order quickly. Very quiet compared to the one in Orlando which was very loud and energetic. Overall food was good. Didnât taste the alcohol in my grape drink.
