This had to be the slowest subway ever, I think a sloth would be faster. We were waiting in line for over 20min and the employees were taking their sweet time. You’re in an airport people don’t have all the time in the world. Did not listen had to repeat my order twice after it was already ordered. They forgot what I got.. Forgot a sandwich in the toaster and burnt it and just didn’t care overall. We almost missed our flight almost a half hour total there wasted. Thought it was going to be quick like subways usually are but unfortunately no.
Service was absolutely astonishing! Ms. Hayes was working tonight and I love her energy, her personality, & her sense of urgency she deserve to be working else where with the work ethics she has. Never seen anyone with such good customer service in the airport in the last 5 years and she makes a difference. She Told me about the survey for a free cookie and she deserves to be praised amongst her staff for her hard work. AMAZING ! I’ll be back to stop by on my next flight hope to see her again.
There was one guy working but he was prompt and made some good sandwiches for us to take on our flight!
Sandwich was prepared to specification! The Employees need to attend to customers 1 at the time while asking what condiments to add. Seemed rushed and unprofessional!
A quite spot in a very busy airport. Short line good service
They skimp on what you're supposed to get. When I order from Subway I usually get a 6 in egg and cheese on flatbread. It comes with two full eggs. This is the only Subway I have been to where they cut the egg in half so it covers the length of the sandwich. If you want the second egg that should come with the sandwich you have to pay extra for it. Never again will I eat at this restaurant when connecting in Atlanta.

My sub was soggy and falling apart. It looked ugly after it was done. I asked for him to tuck all the mean in and he did it half way .... I will never let the guy with the dreads make my sandwich again and i work in the airport.
Atlanta Subway was a great place to eat.. I didn't want to cheat on my diet.. loved the Turkey sub and the Jalapenos..and don't forget the lemonade drink.
Absolutely terrible experience. They were out of 3 choices of bread. No big deal things happen. Then they are out of mustard and spinach leaves. The girl that was working the counter had nails so long that she couldn’t separate the cheese another employee did it for her. Additionally, she could not open a new roll of paper to print a receipt. They put my sandwich and the customers in front of me in a bag with no rapping paper. Consequently, all the toppings fell off of the sandwich. Very rude attitude as well. There was 1 gentleman that come to help from the back that knew what he was doing. They should shut that store down, absolutely pathetic.
