Just got my order from this store for Father’s Day and each and every doughnut was stale, like they gave me yesterdays batch!! I’m so disappointed because I’ve ordered from them in the past and the Quality was excellent… so glad it was delivered from Uber eats and i was able to get a refund.. Just disappointing!
I’ve always go to this location! However, I was having a very emotional day to say the least! Shawn (Sean) assisted me and helped to make my evening better. Not only does he have amazing customer service, he loves what he does! And you can tell by the way he talks about the donuts! I’ve been working in sales for over 25 years and he’s definitely someone I’d want to interact with clients on a daily basis! Yes the donuts are SUBLIME but the customer service will always keep me coming back! Shawn keep being a great human beings! I hope that your manager knows that he picked the right person for his establishment! Thanks for making my day better with kindness!!! You ROCK!
Went in this afternoon for some donuts. I wanted the strawberries and cream donut but they were out but the gentleman behind the counter offered to make me one! It was amazing and his customer skills and friendliness are great !!! Best service I’ve got since I’ve been in Atlanta !! That guy was awesome
I had a donut and a cup of cold brew coffee. It’s delicious but nothing special. No dine in, take away only.
Do you know how sometimes we fall out of love with situations, circumstances, people, and places? Well, that sums up the feeling of this once glorious donut shop. It feels like the love is gone. When I walked up to the shop door through the windows, I could see the open sign wasn't on, and I saw plastic bags over the tables and dim light if any. I thought maybe the shop was closed for the day or something, but I checked the door (as we all do), hoping against appearance that it was open, and it was. I should have turned away at those red flags, but I just remembered how good the donuts are here, and this is out of the way for me, so I continued on my quest. After looking the place over, it didn't feel like it used to, but I figured that perhaps this was the result of the morning rush and continued with the quest for goodness. An associate appeared from the back looking bothered and annoyed and, without a hello, went straight to the point, "how can I help you?" I didn't take it personally because once again, I figured this is mid-day she probably is wishing she was anywhere but here right now, so I ask "How you doing?" with no response, so I gingerly place my order for an assorted dozen. I got six raspberry-filled (powdered), two red velvet, three cream cheese, and 1 Reese's cup. It is worth mentioning that with the heart-shaped donuts, only two were truly heart-shaped while the others struggled a bit, but I thought, who cares what they look like so long as they taste the same...good. That's another red flag I should've considered more carefully. Anyway, I paid for the donuts and tip for service and left being the only one between the two of us to say thank you. The bottom line is that these donuts were stale. They had a crisp to them when they were typically soft and pillow-like. The taste and quality just weren't there. I was so disappointed. Sadly, I won't be wasting the trip, money, or time supporting Sublime again until I know they care again. Here's hoping that others find it more enjoyable than I did.
I had no problem with the service. The donuts were ok at best. I got the sweet potato and red velvet. The SP was good and the red velvet had no flavor... I say try it and if you don't like it don't go again...
My Sublime Order was absolutely amazing and EVERYONE loved the doughnuts. The gentlemen who helped me provided such a positive vibe at 7am in the morning. We had a big order and everything was accurate and right on time. These doughnuts are better than everyone else because they don't get stale and are still Amazing a day later
The associate working was cordial. The donuts are excellent. I love that there are so many options to choose from.
This place has been voted ? of some of the best doughnuts ? in the world ? ! I see why they are delicious ???. Flavors out of the ordinary. Also a black owned business. I always patronize black owned business and restaurants to get the word out and tell about the delicious ? food. I got a half a dozen of doughnuts. Flavors were Oreo,Crunch,Chocolate cheese cake and strawberry ? and cream. I forgot the other two flavors.
Supposed to be open at 7am. I was there til 7:20am. Waiting outside, knocked and waved at the lady behind the register inside. Door was clearly locked. They saw me but ignored me. So fine. Taking my business elsewhere. Do better.
