We split a Cookie Monster after dinner and it was the bomb. Friendly staff and nice little place to get out of the heat. It was also fun to watch them making everyone's desserts. Definitely going back!
Their PB bond ice cream is delicious (mixed w real peanut butter instead of just powder)! Wished their shop was more clean… the ice cream mixing area was a real mess.
Wasn't impressed at all by the ice cream or the unpleasant service. Employees were about as cold as the ice cream they were serving. Only giving it an additional star b/c the process in which they make the ice cream freeze was cool to watch.
It was cool experience. ...The shop is good for the little ones. The ice cream was good. The service is okay. The centennial park is in front of it. So it's great spot to stop by and grab some sweets. ...
So we went to this place on our third night in atlanta and I really liked it. I got one of the desert storm milkshakes(the chocolate one with the chocolate donut on top of it) and it was really good. The milkshake was really good and I do admit that I reminded me a bit of the frozen hot chocolate from serendipity. Overall I do recommend this place to someone looking for a place to get ice cream or any other dessert.
We tried to stop by during a weekend getaway to Atlanta. Had my 7 year old in tow and thought this would be a fun experience. There was only one couple in the store, otherwise it was empty. No one was behind the counter initially, but a young kid came out and leaned up against the back counter with his arms crossed. I walked up to the counter in front of the toppings and said hello and that we were ready now (as we’d taken a few mins to figure out what we wanted) the staff completely ignored me. My husband walked up to the sign that said “order here” and the staff continued to just lean against the back counter disinterested. My husband, confused due to the lack of service, asked if this was where we were supposed to order, the kid didn’t move, didn’t speak and just waved his hand up towards the sign as if to imply that’s what it says. The staff never said a word, never stepped away from the back counter. We initially thought maybe he was training and waiting for other staff to help. As soon as he waved his hand up at the sign, I was done. We love to support businesses during these crazy times but I have no interest in giving money to people that lack kindness. We walked over to the American Cookie Company next door and had the sweetest woman help us, totally made up for the poor experience on an otherwise amazing vacation away.
Employ was rude and slammed the bowl when I asked for lactose free ice cream. Ice cream came out chunky and light on flavor. The whole time employees seems uninterested an annoyed with what we were asking for. Definitely would not come back.
I would give a zero 00000 if possible! We were the first customers who walked in that day once they opened the door. The guy working there looked like he hated his life and his job, didnt bother to say hello or give me a few minutes to get anything ready, we said hello and he ignored. We asked a question about the new waffle sundae pictured on the wall and he just basically pointed at the pic like whatever is on there… also he had his airpods in since he can care less to hear what we were ordering or asking anyways, another lady walked to the front with the toppings cart, she was also rude and just looked at us weird. I understand they just opened but they really wernt inviting at all! I ordered that waffle and it was cold amd soggy. 100% not fresh. The attitude and energy there was gross, i didnt even want to give them a chance once i felt that way but my husband really wanted to get me that waffle. NOT GOING AGAIN!
I've never not finished my ice cream before visiting this place. The flavors are gross, taste very artificial and the ice cream itself has a weird texture.The process to make the ice cream takes awhile which left us standing in line much longer than normal. Never again.
12/10 MAGNIFICENT!!!This place was Amazing, the showmanship of the freezing process is highly entertaining and the ice cream produced is the HIGHEST quality I've eaten. Imagine multiple scoops of Blue Bunny ice cream made with any additional flavor, and it's impossible to be eating freezer burned ice cream because they make it right in front of you.Love it!
