I ordered an iced coffee with milk. That’s it and it took 15 minutes. Everyone who ordered behind me got their drinks first and lost of their drinks included espresso shots and other time consuming add ins. I was finally asked what I was waiting on and it took 5 seconds. On top of that it’s not even good. Ridiculous. You’re better off going to Dunkin’ Donuts.
This is the single worst Starbucks in all of the metro area. The lady at the register inputted my order wrong FIVE times!??If you do not know the difference between a frappuccino and a cappuccino you should not work at Starbucks.Why in 2022 you can not have real time inventory within your app? I drove 15 minutes to have them tell me my food item was out of stock! Don’t let me order something you can not deliver.
This location is near my job so I stop here every morning. I notice that the occasion girl (black hair)at the register only ask other ethnicities their names but never me the black girl. I peep things, y’all funny though??. Shoutout to the guy with the low blonde ponytail with thick accent, he’s always pleasant. ??
I've worked at a franchised Starbucks before so I try to be really understanding, but I waited in the drive through for 25 minutes and most of that time it was behind one car waiting for their order. I could see that there was obviously an issue with the order and I can certainly understand someone being difficult, but I can say from experience it does not take 20 minutes to remake one Frappucino. I had an appointment that was literally across the street that I was late to because the wait in the drive through was so long. My order was fine and it was ready when I got to the window so no complaints there. They should have had the customer in front of me pull up like they do at every other fast food place, so as not to hold up everyone else in the line. Very frustrating.
I’m used to a certain level of pleasantry at the Starbucks I normally frequent and this one let me down. I asked for a flat lid while ordering and the person who took my order said that was no problem. When I got my drink and it did not have a flat lid I asked for one. The lady giving me my order and the lady fixing drinks behind her had an attitude about it. They were not crowded at all so I guess it was just laziness.
Cant say enough good about this location! Not sure why there are so many negative reviews… Yeah the mornings are busy, but any Starbucks is busy in the morning. The drinks are great and the staff is wonderful.
I'm standing here right now amazed. The workers are all active but as best I can tell only one person is actually making orders. People are waiting for their orders and I am watching orders filled out of order. It's not first come first served. One lady was standing here for 10m and they had to re-take her order. I guess they either forgot or lost her order. How is it that none of the workers are actually standing still but no one is getting their orders. Currently 8 ppl waiting for orders not counting drive thru.
Drive through was fast and mobile order was ready on time! Clean store, real pretty location!
They don't take over $50. A retailer who will not take cash payment.
Came here 2/7/22 at 635pm wanting to order only to see the restaurant closed. I waited at the drive thru and no one said a word. Drove to the window and watched an employee run and hide as i pulled up. 3 cars behind me also had to drive away. If you dont want to serve customers then just permanently change your hours. Literally all 4 employees left the building at 647 pm. Google says you all don't close until 8 pm. Had never been to this location before and definitely won't be returning.
