This Starbucks will take 20 minutes to make a drink and they won’t let anyone sit down inside despite the fact that nobody inside is wearing a mask. What’s the point of a coffee shop that can’t make a drinking quickly but also won’t give you a place to sit. The chairs and tables all being tied up have absolutely nothing to do with covid.
There’s a staff member with short hair and was wearing hat and very pleasant voice who was the kindest Starbucks staff member I’ve encountered in Atlanta. Please know your kindness makes a difference
I’ve been to this location a few times and while I can’t say the service has been excellent, it has been adequate. Today though, I had a bad experience. I work around the corner as a chiropractor and our water is off for repairs. I asked a young man who was working if I could use the facilities after explaining my situation. He was polite and gave me the code for the restroom. The bathroom wasn’t pristine, but it was good enough as my options were limited. I was unaware of a possible time limit for restroom usage because there was loud knocking at the door and I replied that it was occupied. It happened several times and there weren’t any customers in the lobby at the time. And there were two restrooms available… When I came out I was glared at as though I had did something wrong, I thanked the young man and went back to work. It’s a shame that working people don’t even have empathy for other working folks. I was treated like I wasn’t welcome and I’ll never visit this location again.
I had a barista tell me (very rudely) that he could not make my drink with extra oatmilk because he would have to charge me for it… even after I told him to go ahead and charge the additional 76 cents ?Anyways - 1 star because this is the second Sunday that I came here and they were closed. Please update the hours of operation to reflect the actual hours of operations so people don’t waste their time coming here….
When the staff advices you not to order de cake it's time to leave!6 staff and nobody is helping each other so 1 person is making 10 orders and the rest is looking around.
Pre-ordered my drink through the app. Only to wait an additional 30mins after I arrived— ultimately making me late for work.Make that make sense. Our time is just as valuable as yours.
I ordered a tall iced latte which literally takes seconds to make on the mobile app. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:55 I didn’t get my drink until 8:20. When I politely expressed my concerns to staff about the wait, they were VERY rude . I understand being short staffed, but plenty of other Starbucks shut down mobile ordering if they do not have enough staff to cover it for that day . Mind you, this Starbucks doesn’t even have a drive thru… so this is absolutely ridiculous. The fact that they were super rude really just made the issue worse .
This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I ordered from there twice thru the app before leaving my house, I stay about 15 mins away, and It still wasn't ready. Be advised that if you order a pick up from there do it 30 to 45 mins in advance. And not even at the rush hour. Every time I went there it was about 11 am-noon
