I drove to 3 other Starbucks before this one. The other locations didn't have enough seating, or wall outlets, but this one seemed promising. It had both of the above so I setup my laptop and got comfortable but then realized there was no wifi. How could 4 different locations within a 3 mile radius all have problems? I'm so glad I live in Alpharetta.
The cashiers were busy talking about nothing I repeated my order three times she still got it wrong and it is if it was my fault if I wanted to get technical I would have said run the cameras back to insure that I ordered what I ordered don't have time to play with kids bottom line stay off the phone talk about work-related issues and you want mess up a customer's order work comes first personal problems on your break or after work period
One of the few places that still enforces the useless tyrannical acts of not letting people sit inside due to fear of catching the sniffles. Boycott Starbucks

This must be the slowest store I have ever been to. Several time when I order from them, regardless that they have an army of employees behind the counter, and the line are not even that long, I will have to wait at least 15 to 30 minutes for only 1 drink. Maybe they should start focus on doing their job rather than chatting and having fun with each other.
When I hear Eien’s voice I know my coffee will be right. We all know that even if you order the same thing everyday that it doesn’t always taste the same.
One of the best Starbucks. Barista made excellent lattes. Also the staff is courteous and helpful. Overall one of the good place and it made our Atlanta stay pleasant.
The barista at the drive thru was absolutely terrible. I had an online order pickup for a frozen drink which was melted when I arrived even though they made it upon my arrival. When I asked her to remake it she grunted and reluctantly took the drink back. Only to give me an incorrect drink back, tell me they are out of straws and close the window. Worst location I’ve been to by far.
I should have read previous reviews before ordering from this location. I ordered a dairy free latte and roasted red pepper egg bites through mobile with drive through pick up. After receiving my order I realized my egg bites have MEAT in them. I went inside and they made the correct bites. Upon returning to my car and taking the first sip of my latte I knew immediately there was dairy milk in it. Over 30 minutes later I got my order corrected. What's the point of ordering ahead? Waste of my time and money.
