Service was the issue here. I don't normally go to this particular location (Lavista and N Druid Hills) and probably won't go back. Drinks just as good as any other coffee house but the girl who took my order was bickering with another employee while ringing up my order and after scanning my gift card just walked away. Wasn't sure if she got my oder or not. Apparently it was time for her shift to end as she walked out the front door saying goodbye to coworkers minutes after taking my order. It was all just a little unprofessional and didn't sit well with me.

Designated Starbucks spot before work and they never fail ?? my drinks are always modified and they always make them right, is the best way to start my 12hr shifts every week! And their baristas are the nicest!

I asked for a turkey bacon cheddar egg sandwich and I only got egg, chees and turkey

Honestly this is my favorite Starbucks. They're all very friendly and I've never had a bad drink from here. I often order on the app and every time I walk in my order is always ready. Their drive thru service is also faster than any Starbucks I've ever been to.

This Starbucks line is long but they move sooo fast so have your money and order ready... always on time for work with this Starbucks

Indoor seating still closed even though it says Dine-In on Google. Went across the street and worked from Einstein Bros Bagels.

I love this Starbucks. Everyone is friendly. They offer you substitutes if something is out. I go here once a week

Great service. Drive thru was not too long of a wait.

Overall a low quality Starbucks from the drinks to customer service, if you want to pay for an overpriced coffee that is wrong/tastes horrible more than half of the time then this is the perfect cafe for you. At least they're fast, but when you have to come back inside or go to another Starbucks to fix your drink... I guess that defeats the purpose of being fast.

I asked Katrina for a stirring stick. Instead of grabbing the stirring stick with a napkin, Katrina gave the stick to me with her bare hands. When I told her that was unacceptable she told me to use the other side of the stirring stick. The manager Eugene apologized but did nothing else to brighten my experience.
