Everytime I go here and ask for oat milk in my latte no barista can get my drink drink right. I understand not giving people a hard time but just like you working for you money I worked hard for mine to I CANT EVEN GET A DECENT CUP OF COFFEEMade a trip up their today and my coffee was right for the first time and i didn't have to say anything ... I was very pleased.

The absolute worst service. Between the long line and the hostile employees (dine-in AND drive-thru), the place needs to consider rebranding itself as a low-budget coffee house and ditch the pricing. Starbucks is about the experience which is why we spend $5 on a cup of coffee. I would recommend simply going next door to McDonalds and paying $2 for the same service this location is offering.
This place takes at least 10-25 minutes longer than the app tells you it’ll be ready. I understand being busy but other stores have the same business and can meet expectations. Going to have to find another place for coffee.
This is the worst location I have ever been too I’ve never got a order right from them. The wait be so long I don’t even want to get my drink remade. They don’t follow your order they make you what they want you to have. I’ve paid extra for something I did not get and got cheated out of my money. This location will not ever get me money ever again. You all are ghetto and need to find a whole new staff including the manager she doesn’t know how to make drinks at all and is rude.
The staff here is extremely rude, takes forever! I’m here on a Monday morning at 10:00 ordered a cold brew there was a young lady taking my drive thru order when someone else came over the speaker yelling rudely “coldbrew not ready. I asked how long because I have time to wait, “22 hours I haven’t made it!”This is my second visit and will definitely be my last!
DO NOT ORDER HERE EVER!Every time I order at this location I have a multitude of problems. The staff TAKES FOREVER to prepare one order which usually takes 20-35 MINUTES from time of initial ordering. Every time I seem to order a customized coffee or drink the drink comes out VERY TERRIBLY TASTING. I do not believe that the staff is trained on how to make drinks seeming that every time I order it’s either EXTREMELY BITTER and I’m ordering espresso‘s or Frappuccino‘s or even regular coffee it just taste terrible. IT TASTE LIKE THEY MIXED WATER AND COFFEE. I do not believe how they even respond to someone getting a refund or another drink being made because I’ve always gotten drinks remade and they taste the exact same way. The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE any time when you say you don’t like the way it’s made. I really try to give them a chance saying that I do not stay too far from this location but me being honest I’d rather go to a higher end location to receive coffee.
They need to post when drive only rules apply.. this line is long as god knows what to wait for a mobile order. If the manager would have marked “no mobile orders” in the computer system this will save all 13 ppl in line waiting from being late to work. But lemme guess the manager doesn’t want to loose today business. Well now you lost a customer in your backyard for life. Poor management
The staff at this store is the best Starbucks staff I’ve been around they never forget my order and always say good morning
My daughter and I usually go out on a Sunday for breakfast or lunch. She wanted Starbucks so I decided on this location only to find out they was closed. Employees were there but doors were locked. We buy so many gift cards over the past couple of years to use and give as gifts.Google never said they were closed. Numerous people pulled up and were disappointed, too. Multiple locations was closed.
