Best airport Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and one of the best I’ve been to period. The woman handing out orders and directing traffic always had a joke or a smile and the cashier was equally phenomenal at her job. The line was wrapping around the corner and they continued to work hard serving some pretty annoying customers. Made my day on a long layover.

I don’t usually have a good experience at any airport Starbucks because the lines are always long and the workers are so unpleasant. This one was GREAT! Just like every location right now, they were out of things. However, instead of waiting in line for 20 min and getting to the front only to have them say “sorry we’re out of that” to your first choice and all 4 backup orders, they had a list continuously updated so nobody wasted their time. The workers were friendly, upbeat, and had smiles on their faces. They were good at communicating and keeping the lines moving and in order/out of the way of the terminal walkway.

We went to the Starbucks that's in the International Terminal (terminal F, second floor). The staff you had on duty Saturday May 7th at approximately 4:30 pm didn't correspond to the quantity of customers. They quickly became overwhelmed and the way they handled the situation was too aggressive to the customers; the staff loudly commented and complained about the problem right in front of us and aggressively informed us that they would take no more orders until they got caught up. It wasn't the situation because it's perfectly understandable that that can happen to any restaurant at any time; it was the way it was handled by your employees. We didn't like the way they prepared our teas: they didn't ask us if we wanted 1 or 2 teabags, or if we wanted the tea strong or light; and they added the milk in with the teabags inside, when some people like to take the teabag out first. Hence, by the time we were finally handed the teas, they were way too strong.

*My (Begrudging) one star is for management of the C37 Store*. I would like so much to give extra stars for the staff- they were friendly and were trying very hard. The MANAGER however, was barking at them... condescending, patronizing...at 0515. The staff seemed to be fairly new and poorly trained because try as they might, they didn't know all of the steps. They can't train themselves, right? Instead of showing them the way, the manager just keeps sending them away while she does it. And then the manager wasn't friendly to the customers, and blame-shifted the orders being wrong including trying to explain away the black crusty stuff on my Danish. Manager- Train your young staff properly so they can do as good as you're expecting them to do. Treating them the way you did is going to be the reason we have a generation of kids that don't want to work in disrespectful environments like this. They maybe new or young but the deserve more respect than you showed.

This is the best operating airport Starbucks I’ve ever used. Including an expediter at the end of the line to keep the outbound goods flowing and the traffic in control out in the walk area. She was also notably kind. The cashier communicated very clearly what was in stock or out,. The entire team behind the bar was in very close verbal connection and kept all of the orders moving. This should be the Starbucks model store for airports.

I would leave a no star if I could! Waited 20 minutes to order then another 40 minutes for my coffee. Never got my coffee because my plane was loading. My gate was c20. I actually ran back and forth, thinking, maybe, I could get it and just be one of the last to board. I watched many other frustrated customers leave without coffees. I felt bad for the workers. Why would this Starbucks be taking mobile orders when you have so many customers waiting in line. I waited longer for my coffee than in security. My flight boarded at 9:50. I got on my plane at 10:05.

Worst Starbucks ever. The only reason they got one star is because the young lady passing out the drinks was kind and happy. The rest of the employees should consider jobs outside of retail. The cashier did not listen to my order, and then was rude even the second time I had to go through the line. The evil side-eye is alive and well here. The cashier really should listen, or work a different position.

Disorganized and slow. It is a very busy place, just not enough help and the help they have are not very efficient. Orders are coming out all out of order or, if at all. Flight was boarding had been there 30 min and while they offered refund got half order and didn't have time to wait for refund. The white chocolate mocha that did get made was very bitter..Do better Starbucks Team!!

Line was awful with very little movement. The only cups they had were small and zero non-dairy options. I appreciate the issues of receiving supplies although this is the worst I have experienced. They were being proactive about the issues with someone by the area where people were lining up informing patrons of the issue. Felt bad for the staff. They were trying.

This location is losing lot of money. It took 1 hours to just fill up water. Need better staff here.We are not just paying for coffee. We are also paying for service and this location is by far the worse Starbucks i been to.
