Apparently this is a full drink. Avoid this store. It’s insane the employees think this is OK. They obviously don’t care about their customers.
Staff is always very courteous. Always have great service.
I used to be an assistant manager at this store and after I was transferred everytime I would visit my parents I still go there. Nice employees and very efficient!!
My favorite location ever! Literally from coast to coast. Haven't been to a Starbucks half as good as this one. The staff is always amazing, even when they have just joined the team. Everyone takes their time to know you as a customer and a regular. I'm greeted by name every time I enter the store. Always a warm welcoming. Thank you Ansley team for being great all the time. See you guys tomorrow lol.

What's going on with management at Ansley Mall Starbucks? Trash around the tables and tables are dirty. I ordered online and not busy at all yet I waited until worker got off her cellphone before making my order. The specialty drinks are not good anymore.
Incredibly bad/disinterested service. The other Starbucks in the area have far more friendly and responsive employees.
Very friendly staff and speedy service. Lots of seating areas to hang out for a meeting with a coworker too!
