I’m not one to complain when it comes to any type of food/beverage experience because my partner works in the food industry, so understand how it can be sometimes. It’s really confusing to me how the cashier could not tell me whether or not one of the drinks I ordered has any nuts or came in contact with any nuts. My cousin has a severe nut allergy and I just wanted to make sure that what I’m ordering didn’t have any nuts. That’s incredibly dangerous! And then she also was not listening because she left off 2 of the items I ordered. So I had to wait an extra 7 min for the items I already ordered. This was not a good experience at all.

I’ll start with the positive. It was a busy day. The first person I encountered who took my order was kind. You could tell she was being over worked but she was still polite and served me in true Starbucks fashion. I had a pretty large order with three drinks, 7 ham and cheese croissants and a sausage biscuit. I did not expect to get in and out of there quickly. Surprisingly, my drinks came quick. Literally less than 10 minutes. Great. I waited for about 20 more minutes maybe more before approaching the counter about the rest of our order. In the most polite way possible I asked a young lady closest to me how much longer did she think my sandwiches would be. Her response with no eye contact, “ When it’s ready! When your order comes up you will get them.” Well ma’am, I have part of my order.” Now her tone has shifted more, “She has a lot to do and when she gets to it, she will get it to you.” I asked, “Who is she?” She points away to someone but advises me not to ask her about the order. Then another employee chimes in and says, “It’s only one of her and many of us, so it will take her some time.” Whoa! I asked one simple question. When I asked about my order, it wasn’t to point figures. I just wanted to know an approximate time. This wasn’t a situation where people were getting their orders before me that ordered after me so it was clear they were just running behind. We had tickets for Candytopia across the street and just need to know if we needed to adjust some things or just cancel our order. A simple, “I’m sorry ma’am we are a little short staffed or extremely busy this morning I’ll check on that for you…or give us about 5 or 10 more minutes….or just check to make sure we weren’t mistakenly overlooked. Which I believe was the issues because moments later here comes the rest of my order. I know folks can be annoying and impatient so I try my best not to be one of those person but to still catch rudeness from your staff made me feel some type of way. You never know who’s coming into your store, choose kindness. You don’t have to be genuine but the least you could do is be kind.

Horrible experience. Made my order from the drive thru and the lady didn't hear me so I pulled up to window and she stated she couldn't make my drink and I had to come inside. Horrible experience. I told her I wasn't coming inside because I had a dog and I been in line for 25 mins why would I get out. Her name is Nicole the manager and I will be writing a letter to corporate about her and the staff behavior. I come here all the time never a issue until today.

Ms. Lisa on the drive thru is great! super sweet and attentive even tho she’s taking multiple orders at a time . my drinks were perfect !

Best Starbucks in the city! I’ve been bringing my dog here for a Sunday pup cup for two years & they’re always so excited to see him. My drinks are made to perfection EVERY TIME. Keep up the great work guys! ❤️

The customer service was professional and somewhat friendly. They were out of stock for a lot of items. I assume they had more traffic than usual because of the CandyTopia exhibit being held in the building across the parking lot from them. Coffee was good, just not what I usually order, I'm glad I tried something new.

If I could give this Starbucks no stars I would. It’s like every single time I go there. They just can’t get it right. Not to mention the fact you wait forever. I get the same thing every time. Pink drink. I had to throw it away this last time. Can’t keep giving them them the benefit of the doubt and the fact tht they are close. Never coming back.

Scam artists. I ordered a short medicine ball tea and swiped my card. They gave me a medium sized tea. I told them I specifically asked for a short and I would like a short. The guy tells me they charged me for a short.When I get into the app, I see they charged me for a medium tea. Such deception and lies just to avoid remaking my tea as short.

This Starbucks always poppin! The staff is very friendly and positive even when it's out of hand busy. Kudos.

My all time favorite starbucks! I miss a few of the former employees that were there before the pandemic but they're all still amazing!
