Ordered ahead on the app. Walked up to the window and rang the bell which didn’t seem to work. Dark skin girl in a hoodie was working and looked me dead in the eye and didn’t say anything. Waited a little longer and Alex came to greet me. At least he was nice. The other chick looked like she didn’t want to live anymore.Also there safe door was wide open. I don’t think anyone could fit through the walk up window but that doesn’t seem very “safe.”

Staff seemed more concerned about what was going on outside than with us, even though we were the only ones inside. Also staff member was not wearing mask correctly and had an earpod in, causing them not to hear me when I asked a question about the bathrooms.

This location has gone down!! THE MANAGER CLIFF is H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!! He's rude and extremely aggressive.Ive been coming here for years. He was rude to my husband on Christmas,and last week to me twice.Not sure who is boss is, someone needs to have a one on one with him.

Covid 19 is Not an excuse to be offhand and unprofessional! Male manager at this location needs better training.

My second time getting coffee here at the West Paces Ferry Location they are fast and my coffee was hot ?and oh so ? ? hmmm hmmm good!!

I ordered a caramel apple spice, its a cider, they made a coffee and when I told them it was the wrong drink, instead of fixing it they placed blame on me saying I ordered it wrong. I told them its a menu item and her response was that they don't serve that anymore. She should've started there. I understand they were busy, but even if she refunded the beverage, since it wasn't what I ordered, would have been a step in the right direction.The Howell Mill location is alot busier, but definitely more knowledgeable about the product offerings. If you have a more complicated order, I wouldn't go to this one. They consistently get the order wrong.

It was slow.....service... and we had to go in, no drive thru...sad..

I wish I had gotten her name but the blonde barista working opening shift on 8/5 was absolutely crushing it. She was happy, friendly and smiling and made sure to greet everyone that entered the door even while being the only barista on duty and slammed with in person & large mobile orders. Inspiring motivation for the work day ahead.
