It took 20 minutes for a vanilla latte and they acted like it was no big deal. The slowest Starbucks I've ever experienced in over 12 years of buying coffee from them. Definitely avoid if you're on a time constraint.

WaaaaS HORRIBLE! Luckily I haven't had time to call corporate! The line was worse than a Walmart line with 1 cashier! Even once I got to the window I sat there for another 5 minutes before blowing the horn in order to pay although I saw my drink sitting there the entire time....and the drink taste horrribly rushed...it was very Starbucks like at all I was very shocked! Especially when I saw there were multiple people working after trying to be open minded in thinking they were short staffed ??♀️
Awesome staff always nice and friendly. My order was ready super fast and the long line was moving great.
The young lady who took my order at this location had the ultimate customer service and was so patient and kind. Her name is Mack and because of her I would frequent this location. They are so lucky to have her a part of their team!!
No dine-in but I went in and ordered a Breakfast sandwich and a Green Tea Frappuccino.Service was prompt and food was warmed and drink made to order. Starbucks is my self treat place❤❤
Starbucks coffee. If you like it, then the service here is good. This location is tight. It's right next to a Chick-fil-A that gets a ton of car traffic. This Starbucks gets very busy as well. This isn't a good location to go to during peak hours. It's very tough to get in and out of.Otherwise, it is a very convenient location right near the interstate.
When ordering through the app, you are doing yourself a disservice. The people in the drive thru are served way quicker even though you place your order in advance. I order the Toasted Hot White Chocolate with soy milk and light whip cream. This drink was really good, and I will definitely order it again when going through the drive through.
I love it when the barista pays attention to my order and make sure to customize it exactly as I requested. Although I did not dine in the dining room was clean and inviting.
Orders are always correct and staff makes you feel welcomed. Usually busy, which is great for them! Definitely enjoy my new neighborhood starbs.
