Usually a great place with good employees. It has been closed for 3 days now with google hours not updated. I guess people just don’t want to work??♀️Thanks Joe
I have been here twice in one week and have been disappointed both times. The first time I ordered at this Starbucks my drink order was wrong but I had it fixed by going through the drive thru again. I didn’t see this as a big deal. Today I ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich from this Starbucks. They charged me for three drinks and when I said I only got two they told me “well we already rung you up”. I’m not sure why I was charged for a drink I did not order but I was offered no refund. So be careful of this Starbucks because they will get your order wrong and rush you to pay for items you did not order. Additionally my drinks do not taste right.
Just wanted to give this Starbucks location a huge shoutout. I go here almost every day. I know they have been struggling with staffing issues ever since Covid started earlier last year but they have handled it really well. It seems they’ve gone from having 6-7 employees to only 3 during the busiest mornings, so I totally understand the need to be drive-thru only at certain times. Keep up the great work! I appreciate you all.
Terrible location. It is a coin toss if you are able to go inside. It will be randomly closed for unknown reasons as the staff sits inside to give warning. The drive thru is a joke. Expect to be in it for a long time. Wasted effort to attempt to come to this location.
Worst Starbucks in America. You never know if they are actually going to be open. On any given day people just don’t show up to work. Cars pile up in lines outside not realizing that nobody ever showed up for work. Whenever they feel like it, they go to drive through only and lock the doors. This location personifies mismanagement.
Great location. Very friendly and professional young lady. The food was fresh.
Who said this drive they was fast?? Well they lied, this is the third time in the drive thru I placed a mobile order at 8:55 and I did not receive my order until 9:28, I always give these restaurants 3 chances before I post anything negative, but this whole staff needs to be replaced.

Don’t come here unless you’re willing to wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru every time. Most of the people who work here are nice, but one of them really needs to learn how to work in customer service.
