I walk inside literally watch them hand someone 2 drinks who sat down to his computer and then look at us and say sorry we are understaffed snd closing the café. Considering we are the only ones on there they could have served us. Instead they send us out to the drive Thur that had 5 more cars pull up since we got there snd they were extremely rude when they told us. Why didn’t you lock the door for one thing. I would not recommend this Starbucks.
I pass this Starbucks on my way to work and it's extremely rare that they open on time. This morning I sat in the drive thru for 5 mins waiting for my order to be taken, I finally parked and went inside. No wonder they didn't notice I was in the drive thru...the music was blasting! Maybe someone should change the operating hours signage because they open when they want to. Not to mention shouting my order over the music. So much for professionalism.
I normally don’t have an issue with this Starbucks at all but this morning I went to get a coffee and it was pretty much all ice. I go before the gym some days so I always transfer it into my Starbucks tumbler because I can’t drink a venti before training. Well I did that this morning and it was almost comical that I paid 6.41 for this amount of coffee. Generally, this same drink fills my tumbler almost 3/4 of the way then I’ll add some ice to it. Today it was like 1/4 at best. Again, almost comical but here’s photos to show just how much ice was used today. Not sure if they were short on a product or what the situation was but this was pretty much ice and very little coffee. Might as well have orders a tall. Outside of todays experiance I think the service and speed is generally pretty good at this location, much better than others around the area.
The line today was CRAZY. If anything it speaks volumes about how absolutely outstanding the batistas are at this location. They are consistently friendly, upbeat and polite. They've also consistently made my coffee absolutely perfect to the point I'll stop almost every day for my nitro cold brew. These people deserve the absolute world and all the forehead kisses.
My last few visits have been met with slow service that I tolerate, but tonight takes the cake… I get to the drive up speaker and I’m hit with their standard greeting followed by “you’re our last customer of the day, what can I get you?”. Then I proceed to place my order and she’s so busy trying to rush me through it, that she can’t hear me giving her my drink order….and her tone was dry and rude. I didn’t need to know I was your last customer and maybe try LISTENING next time instead of talking over me. I won’t be back.
Although it says open on Starbucks‘s website on the app on Google everywhere else this store has been closing at 12 o’clock for the past two weeks. So if you are trying to go here during your lunch break don’t bother they are closed.
Good drink, just wish it didn’t always take 20 minutes to make a drink. Also have had my order “lost” when it’s online. Don’t know how you lose an online order.
Go there with my daughter ...When im in Atlanta...The Baristas Are cool..And know the Customers By Name..Nice Spot..A Must Go.
Let me say that the day shift at this location is amazing. I go in a few times a week. I've seen the store be super busy and very slow. They always do service with a smile. I'm always greeted. I've noticed they have learned some regulars names. It's absolutely amazing. I do mobile, in store and drive through orders and they haven't let me down yet. They are just amazing.
Awesome as always. Kira is one of the best. A great diverse staff that's as friendly as you would expect. ?
