Great food. A little slow on service including waiting 15 minutes beyond reservation time. Parking a mess and 20.00 seems high
The hostess was very welcoming as well as accommodating because I arrived late. Lovely ambiance and the wrap around bar is really nice. The construction outside makes navigating a little confusing. Only thing I didn't like is it's a little tight throughout the restaurant
Wonderful dining experience.
Took a friend for her birthday. Had a fly crawling around in my food from under my meat. The guy covered the meal but wasnât very nice. He didnât feel any remorse. Didnât apologize for it. I will never return or ever recommend this place to friends.

The food was very good, especially the pimento cheese and fried green tomato appetizers and she-crab soup. Most of our party of eight really enjoyed the entrees (strip steak, shrimp and grits and pork chops). My pork chop, however, was a bit overcooked and a bit dry. Cocktails were excellent and wine selections were very good. A few in our party had the banana pudding dessert and really enjoyed it. I would recommend South City Kitchen Buckhead and plan to go again soon.
