Omg The Pho Was So Good ... While I Was In The Restaurant Picking Up The Food They Brought Out A Dish Salt And Pepper Tofu It Looked So Amazing Staff Wasn't Friendly Which Caused Me To Give Them 3 Stars Im All About The Food But Who Wants To Come Back When The Staff Treats You Horrible.

Best pho in Atlanta. I don’t care if you go to Buford Hwy… still best. Timely service, complimentary EAV atmosphere, wonderful staff.

First time trying on a Saturday night. Wasn’t to busy and the food was good.

Solid standby. Generally not the best Vietnamese in town, but always alright, and sometimes excellent. The grilled pork is a good choice with rice or cold noodles. The pho is solid. The salt and pepper tofu appetizer is simply outstanding, definitely the signature dish.

We LOVEd this place! We’ve eaten here often!Mistakes happen, we understand, but make it right if you want to keep a loyal customer!! Tonight was outrageous: a SoBa manager made an honest mistake of missing 1/3 of our pickup order valued over $130.After we picked up our large order (and asked at the time of pick up if we had everything and we’re told, yes!) we came home and noticed that 1/3 of the order was missing. When we called in made the manager aware of the missing items, there were no apologies, but only passing blame to us, the paying customer.Shame on you SoBa, we’ve expected to be treated like we always get treated: with kindness and respect. So we then DROVE out AGAIN 20 min to pick up the order that YOU SOBA, forgot to pack for us!!! That was an added 40 minutes, back and forth. Needless to say: that left a really bad taste in our mouths, where we used to live the flavors of SoBa.You now not just lost a loyal customer that feeds a large family, you also lost our raving recommendations. To the owner of SoBa: send Rene, your so-called manager, to some leadership trainings and tell her that not owning a simple mistake and making it right, but blaming and arguing with a loyal customer is a lack of leadership and a breach of her responsibilities. Maybe drinking less on the job might help, too.

Best pho in Atl. It’s not close.

Omg the salt and pepper tofu will make you wanna slap your mama ?? don't bring ya mama lol

So this place has great food usually but customer service is just not their strong suit. They close without communicating with customers, they don't update the hours on Google , they don't go by the hours on their door and they pretty much just do whatever . Which sucks for customers especially if you go by Google hours and you drive 30 mins to an hour just to see their closed . My fiancé ordered the short ribs which are not cheap and they were so tough we couldn't even chew them . I tried calling of course no one answered . The quality has changed and not for the better .

The first time I came was during the pandemic, however when I stopped by tonight to pick up my order there was outdoor seating and the ambience was super nice. The food is great per usual (I ordered #14)

Love love love. Food delicious and very reasonably priced. Parking can be challenging...
