If I ordered a smoothie online already paid.. why would I have to wait on it still will I get there? What’s the point? They really don’t know what going on there…I barely come there every time.. it’s something. Last time their receipts weren’t printing out and the smoothie tasted horrible they need managers there with them.. their definitely lost and I’m a smoothie drinker I know what ITs supposed to taste like! Customer service is everything, and I judge you off that.
I walked in and not a hello or I will be with you shortly or anything. I was the only person inside and a man came in after me. The young lady behind the counter, pink faux locs, kept touching her ear buds while talking to someone on the other end about when she is going to get off work, while making smoothies, I am sure were preordered. However, she did not say a word to us as I and the man behind me just waited. She finally looked at me and said huh? and then said did you say something I shook my head saying no. She goes to the back and another young lady comes out, starts making smoothies then comes to the register and barely says anything but looks at me so I assumed she was ready to take my order. It was a bad experience on the customer service end. I only went there because I really wanted a smoothie and was in that area, would I recommend absolutely not. I need someone to speak to me when I am coming to spend my money and acknowledge that I am there. You are not doing the customers a favor. No customers no business. Bad customer service bad business. Oh and I would have gave them a pass on much they need to clean up if they were busy and the customer service was on point but it was a mess.
I wish I read the reviews before I ordered because so many of them were true. It was so dirty, there was garbage all over the floor and the tables were gross. The smoothies definitely taste like ice, barely any flavor. I love smoothie king so I was so disappointed ):
Order two smoothies, got one and waited 15mins for the other. No one acknowledged me standing there while others who arrived after me received their order. Terrible customer service. Won't come back to this store.
Just left from this location and everything I tried to order the young lady said she couldn’t make and the we asked for a “little angel” but could we have it in 32oz . She told us that was impossible. We just left and went to the one in Fayetteville
Just picked up my smoothie or should I say my ice because there's nothing smooth about this. Too far away to go back , had to throw it away....DAMNNNN!!!
Everyone there is extremely friendly and I get a consistent tasting product every time.
The smoothies are great.the staff take awhile to make them so it seems like they are harvesting fruit from the orchard bringing it back and then making your smoothie. BUT the drink is always good.
I paid for a large drink, got my drink in a medium cup because the employee said it was going to “come up short”. No refund or compensation.
