Worst experience! I arrived at the drive thru line at about 8:40 pm and placed my order by 8:45 pm. The line was barely moving and it was a few minutes after 9 pm when the car in front of me got their order. I got to the window and the cashier told me they couldn't make any more smoothies after 9 pm. I told her I ordered before 9 pm and she just shrugged. She called a coworker over and he said the same thing: "no smoothies after 9 pm." Neither seemed to care and acted like I had tried to walk into the store after hours or something. Also, the line might have moved faster if the cashier hadn't been texting so much. There's a window at the register and everyone in the drive thru could see her on her phone. Absolutely unacceptable.
Long lines and they don’t except digital PAY!!!!Management needs to invest in more technology.The lady Who helped me was nice.
Strawberry banana and Pineapple surf was good but be careful because it's extremely sweet. We were passing by and didn't know what to order. Also the medium size is a huge large cup. Wish I would have known that also because I would have down sized. Other than that very good!
Today was a treat. I had wonderful customer service from a sweet young lady. The pineapple surf was perfectly blended today. Tasty and delicious.
Smoothie King on Virginia Ave is the worst! My daughter placed an order for the total of 4 smoothies at $32.00. She asked them to sub 2 items in my Slim and Trim Veggie and she told them it was incorrect and they remade it. When she brought it home to me which is 15 mins away from this location I automatically knew it was WRONG due to the color. I attempted to call the store to get another remake but kept getting a voicemail stating the number was wrong and full. I attempted to call a few hours later and someone ANSWERED but when I asked for a manager pretended not to hear me and hung up I tried several other calls same response my lastattemptthey just laid the phone I continued to say hello and finally someone picked up laughed then hung up! I've been a FAITHFUL patron to this location even before it moved to this spot and this type of customer service is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I ordered a hulk and It didn't taste like It was supposed to taste like and they didn't give me my 65 cent because they were out of coins but we could've exchanged for something.
Fast, fair, courteous service. And the smoothie was great too!
Place is clean, customer service is great and the menu has something for everyone. My group all had different taste. We all walked out with something we liked. I got the coffee high protein, absolutely delicious! Great location, and easy to find. Definitely worth stopping in!
Went to this location this evening at 7:30pm, 5 workers, no customers and nobody acknowledged me as I stood at cashier area. They were talking amongst themselves and totally ignored me. So I walked out and will never go there again! Poor customer service & management needs to be aware how their customers are being treated!
I love the smoothies at Smoothie King! I am a frequent customer at this location and I enjoy the Immune Booster Smoothie as well as the Angel Food. John is such an amazing employee and a true leader! He is always so friendly and he makes the best smoothies, hands down! His customer service is impeccable and he really is so courteous and respectful. He is very knowledgeable about the products including add-ons and boosters to help meet my nutritional needs. I never have any complaints about the level of the service not the quality of my smoothies. Keep up the great work John and the entire Smoothie King team!
