Worst smoothies and even worst employees.They literally have no clue how to read directions and make your smoothie properly

This location is terrible. For one, their store hours say they open at 7 on the weekday…well I have to be at work at 7:15 so the few times I’ve stopped by they were never opened! So I stopped going, well today I decided to try them after leaving work. I walked in and NOBODY greeted me. The large black girl with dreads is extremely unprofessional. I didn’t even know my smoothie was ready (I wasn’t paying attention) so she proceeds to say “your smoothie been ready” as if it’s not in her job description to inform me. I then see that my smoothie is just sitting on the counter!! She said absolutely nothing when placing it there!!! TRAIN YOUR STAFF OR HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES. I see this same girl is being complained about in previous reviews, even from a year ago yet she is still employed here! She MUST BE RELATED TO THE OWNER OR MANAGER. Take your money elsewhere.

A employee dark, bigger, with dreads is yelling and cussing at a customer for hitting her car with there door. That’s understandable why you’d be mad … however the customer left 10 mins ago and she is still in the back screaming on the phone to her mom while there is 10 ppl in line and one girl on the line. Saying she is about to quit and she is tired of ppl … take a break … and go vent in private … the whole smoothie place customers shouldn’t hear that when they only came to order a smoothie … so unprofessional

This store opens late almost every day. I go to get a smoothie and end up at Starbucks. On my most recent visit, the store manager and another employee pull up beside me at 8:15 as I wait. She then sees me and another customer outside. She comes to the door and proceeds to fuss at me for being upset that she is late. Screams and curses she worked a 14 hour shift and she is 23 and she doesn't even care about thw job. To which I reply, I do too. However, I am still 45 minutes early, just trying to get a smoothie and be on time. She then tells me, "Now, you won't get no smoothie." Tells the other online order customer, "give me 2 minutes" and then locks the door back. The worst operation I have ever experienced. SMH

Showed up at 8:30 AM and no one was here. Had a few other people outside waiting to get their orders but door was locked and no one answered the phone.

I ordered two smoothies at 7am for pickup. My order was to be ready for pickup by 7:22. I arrived at the store at 7:30 expecting to run in, grab my order and head to work. When I arrived the open sign was on, some lights were on, but the door was locked and no one was in the store. I knocked, waited for about 30 extra minutes until 8:00am. At that point I was late for work so I left. I paid almost $20 for my smoothies. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this store. Definitely don’t order from here if you are expecting to receive service for your payment! It’s sad how lazy and unprofessional people are now a days.

I’ve ordered the same drink from smoothie king for years and I ordered the same thing at this location and I do not believe anything was measured right. The applePineapple juice in my drink is so much that it’s sour. Can not taste any other ingredients.

I usually come in and place an order with no problem. First I tried to put in an online order, which didn’t work then I drove here and now the door is closed at 7:22 pm. Never again.

This is the single worst experience in a Smoothie King I've had. TWICE. The first time they delivered the wrong Smoothie... well their phone lines don't work so I couldn't call them. It took weeks to get a refund. So the second time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and now this time I get a text an hour later from the Doordash driver to say they don't have coffee so didn't make the order. Again, i can't call them as their phone lines don't work.Avoid at all costs. The manager has cost this business so much money, I seriously can't comprehend how this lady has kept her job.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst smoothie king experience ever. The large African American woman with red hair working behind the counter from the photos in the prior review needs to be fired. I understand that finding good help is very difficult right now, but that individual is costing future business. I will never go back so long as I know she is working there. Not only that, they were out of larges. How does a place that only sells their product in a cup run out of cups??? That’s like Dominos running out of pizza boxes. When I asked if I could still get the 40oz and pour in into two cups, I was denied. Would gladly pay the extra dollar for 25% more smoothie. I am starving and I intended on this being my dinner. To top it off, they were apparently not accepting credit cards. Of course my 32 oz smoothie cost $9.04. I asked if they had spare change, she rudely said no. So I essentially threw away the change because who uses change anymore.The smoothie had way too much stevia. I watched her put it in and figured it was a lot but I wasn’t sure. I use it in my coffee every day so I know how much is a lot. I honestly think it was intentional at that point.I don’t hardly write reviews but felt compelled to here. I am a business owner myself and I would want to know if one of my employees was tarnishing my brand. Bad product, horrible service. Ruined my night. Will not go back.
