I ordered online at like 5pm, went to the store, and the door was locked and didn’t look like anyone was inside. Double-checked their hours on their website to see if I missed a holiday or something — it should’ve been open. I tried calling the store to see if they accidentally locked the door or something like that, but no response. So I never got my order. Pretty disappointing that I wasted like 8 bucks but I figure it’s probably a staffing issue, not the fault of the employees.

The employee did not know the menu, and I received the wrong smoothie - threw half of it away. Slow service and unkept facilities. Do not recommend.

Horrible experience. Around 3:50 today, I waited patiently at the register to order while the employee spent 15-20 minutes counting the cash in the register. When I asked if she realized there was a line, another employee yells from across the line that I “have to be patient,” at which point I walked out. Is this an acceptable way to treat paying guests?

I am a pretty nice guy, but they were super rude off the bat and made the whole process pretty miserable. I had a coupon and they wouldn't apply it and it was just a really bad experience. I used to work at smoothie king a few years back, so this is rough to see

Girl at register has serious attitude problem! Also wants to “open” store whenever she feels like it! If the sign says open at 7am don’t open the store at 8:30am

Don't ever like to do these, but my experience was horrible. Waited 30 min due to them not having enough staff only to receive a half- done smoothie. My patience was well spent, however to wait that long and not get a smoothie that was well blended with all of the ingredients was very disappointing.

Currently inside of an smoothie king on north’s issues drive n Atlanta experiencing trash customer service . I couldn’t even get a greeting let alone I feel like I’m interrupting a chill session . The employees are on the phone having personal conservations though listening to little baby. But they have the nerve so have a sign that says no phone conversation when ordering !? another guest just walked in . No “hey! How are you doing ? Or nothing . I’m over bad service from this new generation . Shut down and properly train your staff please. Employers stop hiring in a panick just to keep the light a open ! Your name is your brand !!!

Just was turned away from this location 13 minutes before closing because “last order is at 7:45”.Funny this verbiage is NOT listed nor advertised on website. If you want to go home right at the close of business, you can just say that. Will not return.

Usually taste. Nothing special. I got what I wanted. The staff was great and the place was clean. But nothing more.

Walked in at 7:47pm on December 16th, although close to closing time, still walked in while they were open. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a “WE’RE CLOSED!” The look of confusion on my face must’ve shown as I said “oh, you are??” The worker then said “yeah, you know, for the holidays”. I asked what holiday? To this the worker said “well Christmas of course. A holiday I’m trying to enjoy”.I would’ve completely understood had it been Christmas Eve, but it’s December 16th! Christmas isn’t for another week and a half. Unless there’s been a Christmas change I’m not up to date on, this woman was straight up lazy and taking advantage of Smoothie King as a corporation.
