I’ve never CHEWED a smoothie so much in my life. It was full of old sticky dry pineapple bits and large chunks of ice. Very disappointed.Ordered curbside which apparently doesn’t exist because they have a phone number and no phone.
Pre ordered mine online and when I got there that said they were cleaning the back and at the restroom waited about half hour after calling twice with no answer.
If you’re willing to wait 30-40 minutes for a smoothie this is the place for you. And no it was not that crowded, there was one person making sandwiches slowly and taking orders, and one person making smoothies and getting some orders wrong, with 3 people (!) in the back doing god knows what, “inventory” related things she said. Completely inefficient and extremely poorly managed.
Had no issues for the 5 years Ive been coming here till I showed up today and the one person working said I’m not taking any more orders I’ve been here since 7am and need a break. I get staffing is short all around but either have adequate coverage or close your store all together don’t piece meal pick and choose when you want to offer business.
Just close this location. This is an embarrassment of an establishment. How will you let anyone order online and not even be open when you are supposed to be open? The drive thru window doesn’t even work. The store opens and closes whenever they want. Save your time and money and go to a different smoothie king.
I ordered 3 days ago and still haven't received the smoothie I paid for.1st night I ordered at 820 to arrive at 830 to a closed establishment. Per Google and the door, they close at 9 pm.2nd day I arrive at 358pm to a hand written message on the door they'll be closed until 5pm.3rd day I arrive at 315pm and they're closed yet again.At this point, I've loaned Smoothie King money as a result of their incompetence to turn off the system that allows you to order considering they had an impromptu closing. I've went above and beyond to correct their mistake and it continues to remain unresolved.
Don’t waste your time and money and day!!!!This location is never open. (I had to learn that the hard way)I ordered ahead on the app, and when I got there, the store was completely CLOSED!For the whole day!I called corporate to see what the next steps into getting my money back or if the store was suppose to be closed. I was told by corporate that they don’t give refunds and the store has to issue refunds. They offered to give me more points.The problem with getting a refund is the store has to be open… it’s not…. I have yet to hear anything back from the store.
Do NOT come here unless you have 30 minutes to wait for your order. Do NOT order online unless you have 30-45 minutes before picking up your order.
