I came here for a pineapple surf smoothie. The last time I had it I loved it, but NOT this time. The quality of it is disgusting it’s thin and nasty. It just taste like watery strawberry fruit juice. So I went back up there and requested a remake and the guy remade it. However, the second one was worse than the first one he made. The second one he really rushed just like the first one and didn’t take his time don’t know if he even used the proper ingredients. I feel like I wasted my money. The smell at this location is horrible, smell like sewage. Also, get your phone fixed it does not work I tried to call and it’s out of service.

This was my first time entering this location and the first impression was not the best. When a customer enters the building, as an employee, you are suppose to greet everyone with a smile or some kind of up beat spirit. I greeted the employee with a hello, how are you and he was SOOO unhappy, with his facial expressions/attitude and your first impression is your last impression. I know we all go through things in life but if you dislike you job/position, then change it. Life is too short to be unhappy or to make others unhappy around you. (I did not place an order because of this).

I placed my order online -sat in car for fifteen minutes- I walk in to get my smoothie to see employee in back on phone- of course my order was never placed- the smoothie was horrible- not mixed right. All kind of trash on the ground. I took one sip and threw it in the trash. I will not be coming back to this place and I’ve been coming here for years.

Got a not-so-smooth smoothie here. Also mom + 2 daughters working the morning I went. 1 girl took my order (halfway knew how), the other had to correct her smoothie making, then the mom had to correct her.

I’ve never been into a restaurant or food establishment where there was 0 sense of urgency. These folks move like molasses is the maximum speed limit. Cafe full of people, a line waiting for pickups and at least a 5-10 minute wait PER DRINK one morning it looking like someone was training new so I certainly don’t blame him. But i visited 3 times in the last week and each visit was 20-25 minutes of waiting. One day my friend and I just left because the busier it got it felt the slower they moved. MyLast visit i ordered ahead and waited almost 40Minutes and when i walked inside my drinks had JUST been finished being made and the cafe was EMPTY. I debated giving 3 stars but the smoothies were really Good even tho the wait for them was outrageous.

EVERY single time I come to this location there is some issue or delay. I tired to order online so it would be ready, of course it wasn’t made so I still had to wait. The last smoothie I had, I watched them make it and two employees said it was too thick so they simply kept adding water, and that’s exactly what the smoothie tasted like, watered down fruit juice.

used to love this place until one shift lead completely destroyed my faith in it with her complete and utter lack of respect for tipping customers. will be taking my daily business to w paces until she is gone. I never even complained when I got shorted on change due to the cash drawer being short (a redular thing) since I was going to tip anyway. the one time this upset me was last night because it technically forced me to tip the one time I didn't want to. so long as that girl works there, I'd recommend that people go literally anywhere else for a smoothie - even mcdonalds.

The employees were very nice and worked well together. I think they were training today but I got my smoothie quickly.

I’ve gotten to the point where I go to this specific smoothie king EVERY single day. I also order the exact same thing EVERY single day and it always comes to $14.53 - way more than the average smoothie. I don’t tip 30-38% to be mistreated here, I tip because they usually take care of me. Even the man that owns the place and his child take care of me. Yet tonight (3/16), whoever was managing gravely mistreated me and even suggested I find another smoothie king (which I’m actually now considering since my business is obviously not appreciated). If the owner reads this, you should really reconsider who you employ since this one girl deliberately and very clearly attempted to chase away a loyal customer.

Why put the negative consequence on the customer when the register doesn't have any change? Seriously, I don't want 58 pennies back. It's been a morning daily occurrence this entire week with this location. And no! I don't want to round up for tip! I need quarters for my vending machine! Shift leader resolution: add sign on door ? saying "if cash, exact change only." ??‍♂️
