Wow, we went here for lunch on a Friday and it wasn’t busy! Some of the best vegan pizza we’ve had since being in Atlanta (they had one pizza vegan option that you could customize). We both had the “ain’t nothin but V thang pizza” and added additional toppings which was included in the pricing. We also had the frozen lemonade, which was good. We added water to stretch it, only came in one size and was sweet.The pizza place reminds me of a spot I used to frequent in DC called &pizza. Great vibes hip hop, pizza, and art. Full of purpose and a mission to serve the community. We can’t wait to go back!
Was looking for some good food & just so happen this place popped up on my goggle search, our interest was peeked because it was something different, but once we saw that it was black owned, we couldn’t get there fast enough!! We went inside & the ambiance was amazing the music playing was on point and the smiling faces was even better! It’s a different type of pizza shop with fresh ingredients amazing sauce and crust, the adult drinks were also on point but what I loved the most were the cinnamon buns such a unique take on toppings & sauce for cinnamon rolls. ALL & ALL OUR EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT & WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!
Met up with friends. Spacious patio. Great food. Awesome service. Dominque was extremely friendly. She make me want to come back.
Great Atmosphere, but even better food
The pizza is not bad...delicious actually. The staff was very nice tooThe only negative is that for an assembly line style (sort of like Subway), self service, fast food place (I'm sure they'd argue it is not, but it is) it is very very pricey.

Man... Someone asked me several times if I had tried this pizza spot. After saying NO several times, I figured I'll go ahead and give them a try. Let me say this.... have you tried Slim and Husky's? It is very, very good! I ordered the slim, which is their 10in pizza. I added the white sau ce, house blend cheese, smoked chicken, bacon, pineapple, jalapeños, and red onions. I added the balsamic topper, which added such a nice tang to the pizza. Let's just say I'll definitely be back!Oh! And the cinnamon rolls were delicious. Pictured, I had the original and lemon blueberry flavor.

Slim+Husky's on Howell Mill Rd. Gets 4 stars from me. The location is great. Ambience is great. Pizza is delicious! We ordered the Rony Roni Rone, Cali Love, and the Hot Chicken Pizza. If you order the hot chicken pizza just make sure you have plenty of water handy ?. The only thing I can suggest improvement on is the customer service! Otherwise it's black owned and they have several locations in the Atlanta, Tennessee, and California areas! Oh yeah, and the prices are not so bad either?
