I don't know what to say about this location. I love Shane's I've been a customer for more than 10 years, driving my mother to Shane's just so she can get a side of peach cobbler, but this location tops all the others. The wings here never disappoint, when it comes to flavor, size and freshness its 10's across the board here. The staff is always present and friendly no matter if I'm coming for lunch or dinner, pickup, dine-in or carry out and the wait for your order is never long. I have moved away from this location but I'd drive just to have a satisfying meal from Shane's any day. Keep doing what you all do so well, from the back end staff to the front end staff to management.
Food is great and everyone who works there is super friendly and attentive! Love the basket specials and ribs. Stacey is the best Mgr.
I love this place. If you have a taste for some smoked wings and sweet potato fries. Well this is the place. Friendly, Professional and fast. Oh, and the peach tea is perfect!!!
Highly disappointed in the service. The food is always delicious but the level of service I received today was underwhelming. Chloe seemed to need a little brushing up on her customer service. When making transactions you don’t put things in the table the correct way is to hand it to the customer. What if a customer came in and threw change on the table to you? Then that customer is rude! The same applies to the representative. A pick up order should never be handed to a customer without being placed in a bag.
Place was very clean and well. Got the BBQ pork sandwich with a side of fried okra. The sandwich was pretty good, the spicy BBQ sauce is nice. The only thing was that the fried okra didn't seem to be cooked well, most were too hard and some seemed doughy. Also weren't very hot or warm. But other than that it was pretty alright.
Cold fries and boneless wings even though it took 15+ min to come out. No ranch included either.
The wings tasted good but were really on the small size. The barbeque sandwich tasted good but the bread was really greasy and I ask the girl at the counter if the beans had barbeque meat in the beans and she stated YES! But there was no meat what so ever and over loaded with onion. And the total for 8 wings , sandwich and beans and a drink was 27.00 dollars which I thought was overpriced
Was in town visiting family and came into Shane’s Rib Shack with my mom, sister, and niece. Having never been in there, I’ll admit everything on the menu looked delicious. Amber, the manager, was super helpful and friendly and took the usual Southern Hospitality up several notches. Amber’s food knowledge of the product and best way to order helped make the whole experience pleasant. Especially since we had to go straight to the airport after. Oh yeah, let’s talk about the food… Holy Tastebud Heaven! I ordered the wings which combined Buffalo & Barbeque sauce. Didn’t know that was a thing. Yeah, it’s a thing… The fried okra. Coleslaw. All, oh so OMG good. My family enjoyed the heck out of their ribs and sides. We got in, we ate well, we got out. Satisfied and full. Not too rushed. Just right. Props to Amber & the Shane’s Rib Shack team on Cobb Pkwy. Five Stars by far!
Used to be a big fan of Shane’s, but recently found out they got ride of their traditional fried wings and only have the smoked option now. They will still fry the smoked wings, but it’s not the same. The smoked wings don’t get hot enough in the fryer.
The customer service at this place is above excellent!!!! Not only did Brooke greet me with a friendly face but she answered all of my a million questions!….. She was extremely patient, very inviting, and kinda funny. I had a small issue with my food n it was handled immediately!! The food wasn’t the best bbq but the flavor n the food was really good!!!! #GETTHEGREENBEANSI love that the store manager checked on my experience and listened to critiques!!!I am definitely gonna make the one of my fav places to eat!!
