The food would be a 5 if their service wasn't so nonchalant. In an airport, they should know their clientèle is on a schedule, especially since they're carry-out only. There are sit-down restaurants for people with a long layover.
They let my moms burger and fries sit for over ten minutes and before they bagged it I requested fresh food since we had been waiting well over fifteen minutes and since we were already waiting we wanted fresh food. The manager angrily says we'll the grease has been cleaned so you're not getting fries and was very rude as she communicated that the cook would drop another burger but you could tell none of them wanted to do it. So they gave it to us like this. The fries were ice cold and hard. My dog would break his teeth trying to snack on that. Ew.Then everyone was back there cursing and complaining. I didn't ask you to come to work. I didn't ask you to be rude. Be more professional and be more kind.Just because you're having a bad day, doesn't give you the right to go messing up someone else's.
It was very busy there, but easily the best burger and service in the airport. The staff was really nice for airport employees. They could use a couple more people to help out, but if you have time between flights check them out. You won’t be disappointed.
Had a long wether delay every place to eat was packed. This Shake Shack severed about 30 people fairly quickly. When I got by food, it was still hot and tasty. The best part was the employees were working very hard to ensure every customer was served in a friendly manner. How many places have you been to where it’s busy, hot and stressful and the employees are happy to be there? 5 stars
The customer service was amazing! They were so kind and ready to help everyone one in line. They took everyone’s orders quickly, even with how many people there were! And not to mention, the food was great :)
This Shake Shack is the best I’ve ever been to by far! From the quality of the food to fast service and exceptional customer service!! The GM went above and beyond to make sure everyone in line was acknowledged and taken care of!
The Shake Shack in Atlanta’s airport served a very undercooked burger. The meat was very pink. These Burgers are very expensive and should not be this undercooked.Antonio who was the cashier was very friendly and did a great job!
The food has been great 5 out of the 6 times I've ate here. The 1 times our burgers were a bit crispy and dry, otherwise great. Customer service is awesome and they generally know to put ketchup in the bag if you order fries unlike some places where you have to ask.
They’re never open when they’re supposed to be. Sitting here now, they were supposed to be open an hour ago. This has happened multiple times, I’ve checked the hours, walked to the end of terminal A only for them to be closed. Seems like a super poor biz decision since there’s a huge line at McDonalds.
Tasty Shack Burger with a chocolate shake. Floats weren't available- bummer. Fresh, hot, and better than most ATL options. I'd eat there again, Terminal A near gate 28.
