I ordered shroom burger and a chicken shack which were disappointment .. The shroom burger was cold and portobello didn’t feel fresh.. Both were pretty average taste wise .. Not worth the price they charge
Burgers are pretty solid. Fries were soggy. Wasn't even busy when I came in. They should let you put whatever you want in the milkshake(including bacon!) Still prefer 5 guys but this place is definitely a vibe. Clean aesthetic and fairly reasonable pricing makes this place an okay spot.
Excellent Customer service, especially with it being my first time eating at this restaurant. My food was hot and didn’t take a long time. The best hotdogs ever. The burgers are so juicy and good. Almost tasted like my mom home made burgers.

Stopped in at Shake Shack for a quick lunch and really enjoyed the tasty hot dog - although if it could have been double the size, that would have been even better - bit small for an adult meal. The crinkle cut bacon and cheese fries were AMAZING!! Great service by Ant who freshened up our table, offered to get us free refills and asked if there was anything else we needed - was a really nice touch!
Food was great and the milkshakes!! Even though they were busy we got Togo and only 10min wait ! They also were very clean ! They had someone wipping down the tables and ketchup table too !
Update: although my order had issue, corporate were fantastic at getting this resolved. Always the sign of a good company when they admit the error and want to correct it so they can keep you as a customer. 5 stars for the resolution teamAlways something missing from my order, tonight it was the cheese from the cheese fries and no bacon on my burger. They also packed the milkshake in the same bag as the fries and burgers so what started out as Luke warm food was ice cold by the time I got it. Why os this location so below average?
Shake Shake is one of the best fast casual gourmet burger places in GA.We love this place. Great burgers that have that unique flavorful meat. Always well seasoned meat, fresh toppings and the Criss cut fries are wonderful. This burger place is worth the drive and time.Highly recommend giving this place a try.
ALWAYS busy..but food was hot, and fresh. I'm not a burger person, but it was good. A little on the pricey side. I ordered the avocado burger, the burger with the chili sauce, cheese fries, regular fries and NO drink. My total was $27. If ur a burger person, this is the place! Make sure if u take out, check ur order before u leave the store. I was missing a few things from my order (side items), but I lived to far to go back. Overall a pretty good place.
