The guy was to busy on his phone then even saying hello to customers. Not a good look for new patrons. We bought sandwich out of the case and bread was hard like it had been there awhile and kids bought ice cream. I get the convenience but at those prices service and quality should be better. We won't be back.

1 star only cause of parking issue. Saturday night, I'm there and the valet parking tall guy with glasses asking me to leave or pay. The store was still open. There are lots of other parking spaces available and despite that he is asking me to leave. Very rude and unprofessional. Once that parking issue has been changed let me know ajd I'll change my rating ?
There have been tons of issues over the years and I've let most of them go but this woman yelling screaming at me for just asking why I wasn't served first when guy came in after me and served before me was a bit much. FYI I had a grill cheese this guy had fried chicken. Lol. She and her husband can't seem to even work the register either. Guess hiring relatives let's people get away with bad behavior. Once Paul sold it the quality has gone downhill. Had wished Maria had waited on me.

The girl at the front with the piercings is always sooo sooo sweet & helpful. Wish I knew her name but 5 stars for her & for the coffee!The dark haired guy with glasses, poor service. The 2 times I’ve ordered with him it’s always something. He argued with me about cream in coffee, whenever I order it’s automatically added or at least asked to see if wanted. I asked if they could add it when I realized it didn’t have any & he told me to add it myself. That fine, but he made it a thing by complaining & arguing about it.. to me who’s the customer who paid for the order... the nice girl went back & added the cream for me because there wasn’t even cream that he argued with me to use. Strange experience.

Savi is well stocked little corner market (local chain) with many organic, healthy options for keto, vegan other health-forward diets. It's on the pricey side,tbs. But hey! You gotta pay rent in buckhead village & most people living in lux apartments nearby can probably afford that kind of stupid tax for grab-n-go items.
